Starting as a small boutique in 1988, we expanded rapidly due to high demand. In 2006, we built a 1200 m2 workshop in Prishtina, the capital city of Kosova, marking a turning point in our success. I ordered a dress from Tabja for a special date, and they completely ruined the wedding. They reached out days after my order, apologizing for the delay but still promising it would arrive on time. Of course it never did. I asked for a refund, but they refused and also wouldn’t accept the dress back. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Your dress was custom made specifically for you, with multiple adjustments completed based on your requests. Before shipment, we sent you a final video of the completed dress, which you confirmed you loved and approved. Only after receiving this approval did we proceed with shipping.
During the process, you requested that the delivery address be changed from Miami to Colombia. This required a shipment redirection after dispatch, which resulted in additional time and cost on our side. Nevertheless, this was handled immediately to ensure the dress reached you at the updated address as requested.
According to the courier’s official records, the shipment was delivered to the final address in Barranquilla, Colombia on August 4 at 16:31 and was signed for upon arrival, confirming successful delivery and receipt of the package.
Throughout the process, our team remained in contact, provided updates, and handled every step with care and responsibility.
We take great pride in our work, our communication, and our commitment to our clients. Each order is managed with professionalism and close attention to detail, especially when it involves an important occasion.
We truly care about our clients, and our goal is always to ensure you feel beautiful and confident in your dress. I went to Kosovo for my bridal shower and wedding dress fittings at Tabja and the employees worked tirelessly with me to complete my fittings in alterations within a week. I ended up with 3 wedding dresses and 2 bridal shower dresses, plus my mother and mother in laws dresses for our wedding. I recommend going in person for fittings as they will keep making adjustments until the dresses are perfect and you are satisfied. Thank you, Tabja!
