My dress is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! I was so nervous because I had a bad experience with another boutique and my first dress looked nothing like the pictures. Tabja hand crafted my dress according to my measurements via whatsapp. I was a little skeptical but OMG, I gave them a date I needed my dress and they Delivered on the exact date DHL. I got updated videos almost daily as the dress was being made. The beading is so beautiful and I cannot wait to wear this stunning dress on my wedding day.

After telling me they would make me a dress to my measurements they sent me back a rag too small in some areas too big in others they will not accept the fact that they clearly made a mistake they won’t give me a refund I offered to send back the dress they would not take it left me without a dress for my cousins wedding who is like a sister !!

When it comes to the dress itself, our process is always the same: before shipping, every dress is measured carefully to ensure it matches the client’s submitted measurements. After you raised concerns, we sent you a video showing your dress being measured in our atelier before it left our factory. In that video, every single measurement of the dress matched exactly the numbers you had originally provided us. This step is done to ensure transparency and to prove the accuracy of our work.
We completely understand the frustration when a dress doesn’t fit as you expected once you try it on. In cases like this, the reason usually comes down to the initial measurements sent not fully reflecting the body’s proportions, which can affect the final fit. That is why we always advise our clients to have their measurements taken by a professional tailor to avoid any issues.
We truly care about our clients, and our goal is always to make sure you feel beautiful and confident in your dress. Tabja — and especially Evelina — brought my dream Nikkah dress to life in the most beautiful way. From the moment I walked into their atelier, I felt like I was in bridal and evening dress heaven. The space itself is stunning, and the energy is so warm and welcoming.
The whole team was incredibly kind and accommodating. Their hospitality was honestly unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I was a bit nervous about traveling from Canada to Kosovo for my dress, but everyone there made me feel so safe and cared for. Evelina, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always made me feel supported.
From the very beginning, I was brought into the fabric room to choose exactly what I wanted. I got to try on as many dresses as I needed to figure out the style and look I was going for. Then I met with a designer who sketched out my vision — it was surreal seeing it all come together.
Even while I was back in Canada, they kept me updated through WhatsApp with videos and pictures of the dress in different lightings, on and off mannequins. They really made me feel involved and reassured throughout the whole process.
When I flew back for my fitting, the dress was absolutely stunning — everything I dreamed of and more. Even with a few last-minute tweaks, the team was super efficient and had everything finished within the three days I was there.
If you're looking for a place that genuinely listens, cares, and creates magic, I can't recommend Tabja enough. Whether it’s for a bridal gown or an evening dress, you’ll be in amazing hands.
