We ordered a table for Christmas and the TableTennisStore personally drove to us to make sure we had our order on Christmas Eve! 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend!

Solicitar información básica sobre un producto debería ser un proceso sencillo, pero aquí se convierte en un verdadero infierno: mensajes ignorados durante días, ausencia total de soluciones y una comunicación que transmite desinterés absoluto hacia el cliente. Una tienda que no responde ni aclara dudas básicas genera desconfianza y hace imposible concretar una compra con tranquilidad. En lugar de facilitar el acceso a sus productos, complican cada paso del proceso. Esta falta de profesionalismo y atención convierte lo que debería ser una experiencia de compra en una pérdida de tiempo.

I placed an order for a pair of Joola Rubbers on January 4, 2025. After four days I received no emails on status of my order . I sent a email to ask for status of my order. It was messed up somehow and I was advise to place another order. I did placed an order on January 8. I haven’t received the email to notify me it has been shipped or not . I do hope they will let me know soon.

Ben and team are second to none. Tabletennisstore has been my go-to online store for years. Great prices, great service!

Ordered a racket assembly and Ben called me to make sure the racket was exactly the way I wanted it. I’m very happy with the customer service and will buy here whenever I need anything else!

TTStore has been my best supplier of all my ping pong need for 10years. I trust their advise whenever I have a question. Ben Nesbit is Mr. Table Tennis in the USA and Ben has done more to promote our game than anyone.

I placed an order #8732 on 29th Oct 2023. Since then its been almost one month. I haven't heard any updates for shipping, no tracking info.
Sent emails to orders at tabletennisstore.us but no reply.

I have bought a number of custom blade and rubber combinations following recommendations from the owner Ben Nisbet. His fist piece of good advice was getting to move up from an allround blade to an off- one. The second was moving from some of Butterfly Tenergy rubbers to better value but still high performance Xiom rubber. I have seen some of reviews referencing to a “UK subsidiary” which sounds like a potentially disreputable copycat website since Ben’s company is only US based - the only genuine url is tabletennisstore.us Full disclosure that I know Ben well, and have played tt with him when I lived in the US (I am now back in the UK)

There is a UK version of this site online, everything replicated. This second site is a total scam taking money with fake address and telephone number. The US company should be taking responsibility and regularly searching their own domain to identify fake sites or scammers, and alert the authorities, but hasn't/isn't doing that. These scammers are using your products and prices and ripping lots of people off. Please do better from this point onwards. Buyers beware and don't purchase from UK site.

Bought online a table tennis 10 days ago. The day I bought it the payment was not going through, so the store got in touch with me, and everything was sorted very quick, although was a Saturday afternoon. Once payment confirmed, they emailed me to confirm delivery will be 3-5 working days. Since then, I haven't heard anything, item not delivered, all my attempts to contact them were without success. No response to my emails anymore, tried to contact them on the number provided on their website and number it's not recognised- so they have a fake contact number on their website I have checked first trustpilot reviews for this shop before placing the order and I was happy as very good reviews. Then, when I saw how quick they answer and sort out things, I trusted them. Now, I am confused, as I am the second person today to say that item hasn't been delivered and is no way to contact them. Are they scam? And if they are how come they got away with it and have so many excelent reviews on trustpilot?

I live in Minnesota so was a bit apprehensive about buying a table from a place in New York. I'm glad I got over it. Ben was knowledgeable and patient. The table arrived when expected. We love it!

I was looking for a new paddle and Ben suggested an excellent choice which is working out great for me. He plays himself and is very knowledgeable about different styles and the appropriate paddles and rubbers
