TableTennisStore Reviews

Excellent , friendly and helpful service.

Did a great job with my order. Went out same day. Very helpful.

Fast Shipping. Great Service. Best prices! Definitely more bang for your buck than other online stores.

You came to my rescue when I realized I would be without any type of consistent table tennis practice during the COVID-19 containment period in mid March of 2020.

You were able to arrange for me to purchase a table tennis robot which was shipped from California during a time when very few people were working and shipments were typically taking a very long time especially cross country.

I used my robot daily for training with the goal of upholding my World Parkinson’s table tennis championship title that I earned this past October 2019. After daily use of the machine, it started working inconsistently and I eventually detetected a malfunction when the machine was in a specific modality. To my surprise within a few days I received a brand new machine to replace the broken one. Instead of having to wait for repairs that I was envisioning to be expensive with a long wait time, I am now enjoying the well functioning machine to help me practice for hours at a time.

Thanks to TableTennisStore for making this happen.

Ben was great with helping with rubber selection. Thanx.

Great product and excellent service! Thank you

Great service! Was able to ship everything in under a week on a holiday weekend. Great customer service!

Ben is the best. He listens to my paddle needs and explains what blade/rubber combination will work for me. Then he makes that paddle and ships the next day. Ben works hard to get my business.

It was a pleasure to deal with this online store. As a first time purchaser I was able to save on a professional Timo Ball ALC setup with Tenergy 05 rubbers. The pro shop glued the rubbers for me and assembled the rocket very nicely. I highly recommend this pro shop for your table tennis needs.

service, on time delivery, product knowledge, advice on table tennis matters - all par excellence...
...ben is just magnificent...would ONLY buy from him...

As I re-enter the sport, I’ve appreciated the variety and choice of products and the knowledgeable and attentive service provided by The Table Tennis Store. They’re a group of friendly enthusiasts who share their years of experience with table tennis.
Certainly recommend doing business with them.

We experienced excellent customer service from Ben plus, very competitive pricing. After much research online regarding what table to buy (as amateurs) and more importantly, where to buy it from, we talked with Ben and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient in helping with our decisions. His helpfulness and honestly drove our decision to purchase from the Table Tennis Store. Further, once our table was delivered, we noticed that parts of the playing surface had been scratched off due to improper packaging and shipping. We told Ben of the problem to let him know that we were going to contact the manufacturer for help but he took it upon himself to take care of the issue directly with the manufacturer. The resolution was beyond our expectations as was his willingness to handle customer issues. (Note that the entire process, research to delivery, was during the Covid crisis.) And, the fact that we are in Oregon while his shop is in New York had no impact on anything. We are thrilled with the table, paddles and balls recommended by Ben.

Awesome Tabletennis Table, VERY good quality and worth every cent. The seller was very helpful and kind and went an extra mile to satisfy all our wishes. I can recommend this seller without hesitation and do hope that others will value customer service and product quality and will purchase equipment through them. THANKS for your kindness, support and of course your expert advice. 5 Stars without hesitation!!!

Excellent service. I highly recommend. Got a poorly made table shipped to us directly from China. The store gave us a full refund and then got us an acceptable and reduced price table. Very professional.

Friendly service, great selection of products, reasonably prices, fast shipping, what more could you ask for.
