I've used Tackle Fanatics on 2 occasions now
On both occasions I've received a phone call to explain
that part of my order isn't avalible
First time I accepted a alternative hemp mix
Recently wasn't offered an alternative
Accepted I was refunded
However the reason I ordered was because I required the item
I've not had this experience ordering fishing gear from any other supplier
The part of the order I did receive arrived in good time well packaged

Reel arrived lose in box with no instructions, guarantee no paperwork at all. Luckily the reel is ok.
After contacting Tackle Fanatics they sorted the problem straight away very impressive.

Great Price
I went in knowing what I wanted after researching the rods within my budget and TF had them at a great price.
Service was good although I had to wait a while for them to be found. Shop appears to have more stock than is immediately accessible and the atmosphere was not particularly conducive to browsing like my usual shop. It seems more geared towards on-line sales rather than in shop transactions.
