Food was disgusting, the menu is vague, no descriptions as to what is in what... tiny portions., choice of drinks not good , mostly sugar free which is not good . I will stick with Chipotle

Iceland frozen chips with some red powder and a jizzy looking sauce dumped in the middle.. if I could post a picture I definitely would...

I recently visited the Taco Bell at Crewe and was deeply disappointed by both the service and the handling of my order. Despite placing a large dine-in order, I received it in take-out bags and immediately noticed missing items. The staff initially rectified the mistake upon request, but the situation worsened when I discovered another missing item. The manager insisted the order was correct and accused me of being dishonest about the missing item. Her refusal to correct the oversight was matched only by her unprofessional demeanor. When I expressed my frustration and informed her I would not return, her response was, "That's good," accompanied by a smile.

This experience was not only frustrating due to the initial error but was made significantly worse by the manager's conduct. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism, especially from management. Unfortunately, this has deterred me from revisiting this location and has negatively impacted my view of Taco Bell as a whole. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope that future training and management improvements can prevent similar experiences for others.

I am regular to one of London taco bell. I impressed by the preordering order from mobile phone. so its easy and time saving. I just go in take my food and eat it I don't have to wait for ordering my food. I also like when suggestions for foods pop up while ordering. which give me idea for what to eat.

Milton Keynes branch, been going there for years not many issues but today there app wasn’t working so I couldn’t redeem my birthday reward. The lady scanned it multiple times, and then said I couldn’t redeem reward as it was already deemed. I then spoke to the manager Danielle, who was rude and blunt and would not come up with a resolutions, she just was rude and told me it’s my fault.its quite frankly ruined my birthday, all I wanted was my reward and this was clearly too much to ask for. Extremely upset!

York Branch. Food was fine but the staff members really made this a terrible experience. They came across as miserable, ill mannered and not wanting to work there. A little bit of customer service can go a long way

Obviously Tacobell have never seen a real taco. A poor effort of some sort of paste that's supposed to taste like taco, some lettuce and a few strands of cheese. At this point I would like to point out to Tacbell that this is not a taco! Go and visit Mexico or South America and see what a taco consists of before you serve up this rubbish.

Poor value for money. I can't say what the product was as I can't remember the obscure Spanish names but it was a soft wrap with a brown smear down the middle and a paltry serving of shredded lettuce. There was supposed to be meat in it but barely nothing. My dog could put a better meal together. I politely complained as to the meagre offerings but they're just not interested. I know it's Mexican hence the Spanish names but I feel I have to break out the Spanish-English phrase book. The place is a bit unkempt reminiscent of the old KFC outlets. Always very quiet, can't see it lasting.

First and last time for me at Taco Bell Grantham, the food was all cold and the taco was pitiful with hardly any filling, I could have made it better myself at home !

Taco Bell Manchester Arndale, drinks tasted of mould working in fast food this means they haven’t cleaned the drinks machine in god knows when. Waited 15 mins for food as delivaroo drivers jumped q as my food became cold hard and un-edible.

I came last year for my birthday and loved it, this year the food was disgusting and inedible.

Drink machine tasted of mould manager wouldent listen to me and treated me like I was stupid.

Natchos have changed nothing like website or what I had last year, he said that they were fried dorritoes yuk.

Complained to CC and Taco Bell horrible manager needs to be let go.

Words can’t describe how awful the manager was he literally gave me the worst CC I have ever had and I’ve like most had bad CC.

Been to two locations only in the UK, (Reading location was a great experience) but the new location in Basingstoke is truly awful. They are the newest location and the 1st time I chalked it up to inexperienced staff, but 2 years later I expected at least little improvement...nope just as crappola. Having both great meals from Reading UK and MANY locations in North America I have a baseline to which I can judge just how awful Basingstoke's Taco-ell really is. 1) pathetic amounts of ingredients 2) poorly "assembled" and bagged 3) tastes disgusting - only thing good about the volcano wrap was the actual volcano hot sauce (how do you botch rice and meat??) 3) in an empty location, no orders ahead of us it took almost 30 minutes to make cinnamon twists and churro's, seriously guys you move like a snail through sludge at this location but even 20 mins for two dessert items would be bad. 4) ordered delivery and not even one hot sauce was added to the bag - that is THE POINT of taco bell, the sauces MAKE the meal, otherwise may as well call it subway wraps... Also ordering delivery has NO OPTION to add extra delicious volcano sauce (the only thing that makes that pathetic wrap worthy of eating, take away the Volcanic hot sauce and the dogs kibbles would be more appealing. Fail....fail all around, what a washout Basingstoke, I will go to Reading if I ever have the courage again to eat Taco (Heych)ell.

Visited their Solstice Park, Amesbury outlet, very disappointing, grubby tables, food was barely lukewarm at best, miserable staff and it's expensive for the amount of food you receive.

Visited the taco bell in Glasgow today. First time and it won't be my last. Very tasty food at a reasonable price.

I've never been to a Taco Bell, and one opened in Grantham. We decided to order on the website and collect as we drove into Grantham. My husband saw one of the windows said pick up and went to enquire if that was for customer collections and the man rudely slammed the window shut in his face and told him to 'wait', it was dark and freezing cold, so he tried to open it again to just ask if he was in the right place and he slammed it shut again saying 'I told you to wait'... unbelievably rude! And this was the assistant manager. My husband went inside and spoke to the manager who apologised and he collected our order. The food was terrible, small portions, very over priced. Frankly inedible. Cold and very salty. Everything was soaked in cheese. Very very dry. Never again. Unfortunately the customer service and the food was horrendous. We emailed a complaint in weeks ago on the website, never even heard back!

Ordered for delivery a couple of times, sadly, food is always cold, and the cost of £1.50 for a teaspoon of guacamole, no sauces, the packet ones, no serviettes, have Taco Bell in the US, we just cannot do it.

Ok so its the first night of opening of the Grantham Taco Bell and it was over run with orders and delivery companies that theTaco Bell app and website said that there was no option to have it delivered.
1.The food we ordered tasted nice but some items where a bit soggy from been in the packaging too long.
2. My order on the app said it was ready but no one could find it and it was on a shelf getting cold, so by time I arrived home which is less than 1 mile away, some of the food was cold.
3. My order was short, i.e missing the 6 Churros + Dips.
4. Some of the food was badly rapped, which some of it said it was in a box but it didn't.
On conclusion, we will have an order from Taco Bell Grantham again and will re-review it when it has had time to hone the staff's skills and drills.

Went into Taco Bell Bridgwater the other evening. Of the three self order machines, one was out of service and neither of the others gave receipts. There were three members of staff that I could see working, although I use that term loosely as one of them was chatting to two friends and sorting them out with free food. When the food eventually arrived it was hot and to be fair it was tasty, but the restaurant was so bitterly cold it soon took the warm away from the food. None of the tables had been cleaned and there was a drip from the ceiling that they had put a bucket under. All in all I would say the food was expensive but ok, the restaurant itself was disgusting and I wouldn’t be going back or recommending it to anyone.

Utter crap in my opinion. Was served up slop in a wrap they got 90 percent of the order wrong, served my vegetarian partner up a beef burrito after asking for black bean and now I have been chasing a refund for over a month and a half and still no joy. After sending me round in circles and offering me vouchers! (🤣) got told head office would contact me as a matter of urgency regarding a refund. That was 2 weeks ago. Customer service is non existent, boycott taco bell

Ordered with out sour cream, they made it fresh, get home has sour creame, terrible experience
