Also ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nicht anschließen, ich habe durchweg positive Erfahrung sammeln dürfen, selbst bei einem Fehler in meiner Bestellung, habe ich sofort ohne wenn und aber Hilfe bekommen, eine Rückerstattung erfolgte binnen weniger Minuten.

Ich pflege zu sagen, der Ton spielt die Musik.
Zum Kundenservice kann ich nur sagen absolut hervorragend auch wenn bei manchen mal ein wenig Wartezeit entsteht, wir sind alles nur Menschen.

Buy some time ago goods from this seller: paper targets, ASG MXR18 rifle, BB-s. After receive package i noticed, that paper targets is missing. I send e-message to seller, seller took money back for those paper targets. When i start to train with rifle, i noticed, that bullets (BBs) fly to the right side of paper target: the reason why was that barrel inside handguard was pointed to the right side (wrong assemble). When i ask from seller, what we gonna do with this situation, seller give NO RESPONSE. Update: finally i got refund back, it was at 22 november 2022. Many thanks to the store employee Nina L., who checked that previously was no bank transfer.

Assolutamente da evitare, è la prima volta che mi capita di non avere dopo 21 giorni un prodotto che era stato dichiarato disponibile ed il stock e spedito in 2 o 3 giorni lavorativi. Non è possibile contattarli telefonicamente ma solo scrivendo mail, ma rispondono una volta su tre dopo diversi giorni e senza nessuna soluzione ne giustificazione valida. Poi alle segnalazioni tramite sito web nemmeno rispondono. non hanno mai mandato traking ne motivazioni valide sulla mancata spedizione ne avvisato dei problemi avuti. Non si riesce a capire nemmeno come riavere i proprio denaro. Inoltre il mancato arrivo del prodotto mi ha causato danni seri che dovrebbero essere chiesti come risarcimento. Posso documentare tutto con mail e scrnshots di cosa è accaduto. EVITATE

Took my money a week ago. No shipping or indication what is happening. Don't reply to emails or their contact form. Looks like I will have to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back.

Shipping was fast, they claimed 3-5 business days, mine shipped in just under 4. (From Austria to Estonia) Airsoft gun itself is great quality, and they also added in a mosfet for free, which was very nice. Good quality checks aswell for first shot fps, seems to match. 405 fps on average. All the specs match the ones claimed on their website. Would recommend!

So I'm updating this review now that my order has arrived.
shipping should take 3-5 days but took 15 days.
quality of the items is good.
communication with the company could be a lot better.
Probably the last time I ever use this company and I doubt I will recommend them to others.

I placed an order a week ago and on the website they claim orders ship within 24 hours of payment conformation, and order processing time to be 2-3 days. payment was confirmed on Monday and Friday I had to write to them and ask for shipping conformation, I didn't get any so on Monday I wrote to them again asking for conformation, again nothing. So I called the Tlf. on the invoice and the number is disconnected. Now I have a dispute open with PayPal to get my money back.
