Tailorbakes Reviews

Ordered on Friday afternoon and a delicious box of cakes was delivered first thing Saturday morning. Top class service and communication and the recipient said they were delicious and beautifully packed. Top marks for quality and customer service!!!

Delivered on time and nice brownies. On the expensive side but service reflected that. Would order again

Ordered these as a jusr because gift for my boyfriend and they came the next day! brownies were really soft and gooey and scrumptious box was cute and no brownies were damaged upon delivery (only melted slightly because of royal mail leaving them outside and not knocking on the house) but other then that brownies were amazing

Delivered on the day requested. Thank you so much.

The cookie was delicious and well packed for shipping so everything arrived in one piece. I would say it was baked and shipped earlier that I ordered so I think it was probably a little older on arrival than I would have liked but was still delicious and incredibly buttery!

I placed an order and received an email saying the order didn't go through despite the money being taken from my bank. They responded to say the money would be refunded but then the brownies were delivered to my address rather than the shipping address. I received no other emails and the shipping address was clearly different on the email I did receive. I contacted them and they didn't even bother to reply and it's been 2 weeks. The brownies weren't the best quality either, they smelled like the plastic postal bag they were put in.

people loved it!

The recipient was thrilled and very pleased with your brownies. Thank you!

I sent these beautiful Easter brownies to my daughter who is at St Andrews. She said they were delicious, and I received excellent communication re: delivery from Tailorbakes. Thanks for being a great Easter Bunny stand- in for this US mom!

Ordering was easy, and there were some great options. I choose a set Brownie mix and a Giant Cookie with a specific delivery day as a gift for someone. It was a surprise my order was a day early, and whilst this might have been good, it was not in my case. I did see pictures of the items, and the Brownie's looked exquisite (I was told they were delicious), but unfortunately the Giant Cookie did not look appealing. The icing message was clumsy, and did not read correctly; I was disappointed in this.
Overall good effort.

My daughter loved her giant cookie. It was delivered well in time for her birthday. Overall very happy with your service

Quick delivery. Delicious cookie.

It was on time and taste was v good 👍

I ordered a box of blondies as a surprise for my colleagues at work and was pleased to hear that they really enjoyed them. Requested delivery for a specific day but ended up being delivered a day sooner which was an added bonus even though would have been satisfied with the requested date for delivery. Thanks!

Bought for my son and he loved it. Delivery was on time and packaged.

Easy to order.
Not too expensive.
Delivered on time, on my nominated day.
Ordered a giant birthday cookie, simple but tasted good and not overly indulgent.
More of a traditional bakery in taste and style.

Easy to order with a huge variety available. All clearly explained and well priced. I bought the cakes as a gift so didn't get to taste them but am sure the recipient loved them.

My parents enjoyed the flavours and the good selection.

Great cakes!

Both boxes that I purchased were incredible. The family couldn’t get enough of them. 100% recommend, I will be back for more in the future. Thank you. Jordan
