Bad experience
Hi, delivery guy dropped the parcel at the door gate when I specifically instructed to drop at the concierge. Also, items got spilt inside the parcel and were in a vry bad shape while delivered.

Hi,
Sorry to hear that the delivery company didn’t deliver it to your flat, we will be contacting them to see what’s the reason.
But, just to let you know we use DPD for delivering our parcels and we don’t have much control on how they deliver.Most of our parcels are delivered perfectly, but sometimes when the driver don’t have access to the flats they will leave in concierge.We will check the reason for this and make sure it won’t happen again.
