What a great travel agency this is! I have worked with Zoe on two different holidays now, and on both occasions not only has she been incredibly helpful, polite and attentive to our needs, but also her judgement regarding what hotels and destinations suit our tastes, has been spot on. She has extensive knowledge of her field and therefore has been able to curate everything exactly to our preferences and this has made it all very seamless and needless to say enjoyable! Highly recommended and we will continue to use TTF for some time to come I am sure :)

I wanted to take the time to share how fantastic my experience has been working with Zoe at Take the Family.
I have three children aged between 1 and 13, so finding a holiday that suits all their needs, as well as mine and my husband’s, can be tricky and I didn’t know where to start!
Zoe was extremely responsive, friendly and listened to our needs. She came back with well considered options and was able to answer questions and liaise with the resorts to tailor our holiday perfectly.

Not only did Zoe help us decide on which resort was best (Forte Village, Sardinia), she also helped book the most convenient flights along with transfers and bespoke added touches! Now we can’t wait for August and our dream holiday!

Tracey was great, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and always responded really quickly, answering our questions fully but also being really thoughtful about raising issues and pointing out thing we hadn't thought to ask.

We have booked a holiday via Zoe and she has been amazing. We have never used this sort've service before so didn't know what to expect, but not only did Zoe get us a great price but also (hopefully) a great holiday.
She made her self available and always replied so quickly, making sure she always gave us clear time frames about her response time and always kept to it.

After hours of fruitless trawling the internet in misguided opinion that I could organise our family holiday myself better and cheaper, I came across takethefamily.com by accident ... I plugged our requirements into their online contact form with no great expectation and was contacted by Prue who offered me 5 holiday options, all within budget and all of which would have been amazing - we chose her curveball offering of Mauritius - exactly what I had hoped for in a holiday with tweens and teens, but just couldn't find. Prue made the whole process utterly painless, was super efficient at organising us and ensured an amazing trip for us with recommendations for places to see while we were there. I'd highly recommend and we'll be using again.

We were travelling with 2 children (10 and 13) parents and grandparents . All three camps were delightful, 2 offering child options for meals which was helpful. Game viewing spectacular, saw everything we had hoped to see, with lots of close encounters with elephant, lion and cheetah.
All arrangements went smoothly, always someone to collect us and guide us to the next leg of our journey. Staff at camps always cheerful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

I already knew that I wanted to do a Mark Warner holiday but wanted to get more independent advice on location. Andy is really friendly and knowledgable and answered all my questions (and when we got there we discovered that everything he said was correct) and when I had decided on the resort (Lemnos) managed to secure us additional discount which was an added bonus!
He continued to answer further queries promptly.
The whole experience was efficient but also personable and I would definitely recommend Take The Family to anyone looking for family holiday advice, inspiration and organisation.

The Baobab suites in tenerife was excellent. It was family friendly without feeling too kiddy.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast boxes were excellent as was room service. Would definitely recommend to families.

I recently booked a ski trip to Whistler - with Take the Family. Having used them before (for an activity-based summer holiday) I was confident in their ability to find me something that met my needs.
I was given choices, changed my mind several times, but was always dealt with promptly and professionally (as I sometimes worry that my suggestions could rank me as a 'high maintenance' customer!)
The whole trip went entirely smoothly. I was given all of the information I needed before I went, it was a case of reading through it once, then turning up on time at the airport!

We spent new year in Lapland on a Canterbury Travel trip which was amazing. Kelly sorted everything out for us from start to finish. We cannot recommend Kelly highly enough.
