Professional, prompt, and transparent!

The entire purchase process from start to finish was as seamless as I have seen. Communication was great and the watch came exactly as described…maybe even better! I will definitely continue to use Takuya for future purchases!

A fantastic experience from my first contact with Takuya Watches. Thanh answered all my questions quickly, and provided clear instructions for the transaction. Shipping was same day overnight and the packaging was amazing including tamper-resistant security seals. 5-star rating, will absolutely do business again with Thanh. Buy with confidence!

Takuya has been a top dealer for many years. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

Great seller - this was my first purchase from Thanh and I now understand why he has perfect reviews. His prices are fair, he is incredibly responsive, and the watch I purchased was exactly as described. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bought my first watch from Thanh Takuya. Received it the next day and in excellent condition as advertised. Thanh responds quickly and provides excellent customer service. Thank you Thanh.

I have traded and bought multiple watches from Takuya Watches. The service is fast and professional, the pricing is very fair, and the quality of the watches is amazing. You can 100% trust that what they sell you genuine, high quality and will exceed your expectations. The whole process is smooth, from shipping to payment to response to questions. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer 224270 from Takuya Watches, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Thanh, the owner, was incredibly responsive—he answered all of my questions promptly and with professionalism, which gave me great confidence in the purchase.

The watch arrived quickly and exactly as described, securely packaged and in perfect condition. It’s clear that Thanh takes pride in providing top-tier customer service and values each transaction.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy and efficient source for luxury timepieces, I highly recommend Takuya Watches. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Thanh!

This was my first purchase from Thanh. Even so, I felt very confident working with him given his stellar reputation — and he lived up to it and more!

As part of the deal, I traded one of my watches. Thanh provided the shipping label and worked quickly with me to finalize the terms. He was fair, thorough, and inspired confidence throughout the entire process.

After we completed the trade, I wired the difference. Once he confirmed payment, he overnighted the new watch and even helped me choose a convenient pickup location. The watch was exactly as described and very accurately represented in the photos.

Overall, working with Thanh has been the smoothest buying experience I’ve had with any watch purchase. Buy with confidence!

Thanh was very responsive and direct in all his communication with me. He does much of the work before you even reach out to him by already having a stellar reputation as a dealer in the enthusiast community and by having great photography and description for all his listings. I received my Rolex from him the day after I sent payment with zero issues along the way. Highly recommend.

Great first purchase experience!

I purchased an Omega from Takuya Watches and was impressed the quality and pricing. The watch I purchased was exactly as described and in mint condition. Thanh was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions about the watch or the purchase process. I received the watch next day and it arrived exactly as it was described on the site.

This was my first purchase with Thanh and I will be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience with my watch purchase from Thanh (Takuya). It was my first time purchasing from him and he made the process seamless. Believe the hype and positive reviews. I had my watch shipped within 24 hours of sending the wire. It was securely packaged and exactly as described. Thanh was very responsive and addressed all my concerns. I look forward to doing business with him again.

As a first time buyer, I was naturally skeptical about buying from Takuya. I read the reviews and so many people wrote about how legitimate and positive their experience was with the owner Thanh. Eventually, I inquired about a watch I was interested in. I quickly learned that Thanh was extremely responsive and did an excellent job communicating back and forth with me. After we agreed, I received my watch overnight! It was an incredibly easy transaction. All of the reviews are accurate and he lived up to his reputation. Takuyawatches.com is 1000% legitimate and can be trusted!

Quick and easy transaction, Thanh was very responsive, communicated throughout the whole process and everything went smoothly.

I won't have enough awesome things to say about TakuyaWatches.com, but I'll try: excellent watch quality, service, and communications. Thanh went the extra ten miles to make this first time customer happy (based on colleague/previous customer recommendation) - gave me a quick & fair deal for trade-in, shipped just as quickly, followed up every step of the way, and even adjusted to my last-minute change of the watch I wanted. There's no way another dealer will be this incredible to a customer. Thanh is my go-to watch dealer!!!

It was a pleasure working with Thanh at Takuya Watches. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions promptly and with patience. I will be buying from Takuya Watches in the future with total confidence.
Brilliant!

Super responsive and transparent. Great transaction.

I recently completed a great transaction with Thanh. The timepiece was as described and delivered on time, as we discussed. Thanh is quick to respond and a pleasure to do business with

Bought my second time piece from Thanh. A perfect duplicate of a wonderful customer experience. I’ve now been wearing the Santos de Cartier I got from him a few months back and absolutely love it. It works flawlessly and looks great on the wrist. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

Amazing seller! First time buyer and he made it very easy by answering all my questions. Package was shipped the next day after wiring the money and was nicely packaged. No complaints or complications with the transaction. Overall, would buy from him again because he was considerate and patient. Trust worthy seller.
