Trustworthy and prompt. Excellent service. We closed the deal, I wired him the funds and had the watch on my wrist the next day.

The watch was very well packaged. I will return and refer everyone here.

Thank you,,Takuya!

First time buyer! I purchase a Yacht Master from Takuya Watches and he has been amazing. Initially my money didn't go through and he patiently helped me wired to the right account. When I pick up the watch I was amazed to learn that he sent the watch before receiving the money. Such level of unconditional trust is really heart-warming, and I would definitely buy from him again.

Thanh was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, would definitely buy from again. Even when I received a Rolex oysterflex bracelet that was too big for my wrist, he shipped me the correct size next day to swap out.

I am glad I found Takuya watches! Thanh is a solid dude! No gimmicks and looking forward to your business with respect, accuracy and most delivery! They have a great selection and competitive pricing with excellent delivery! I look forward to my next timepiece as a watch enthusiast. Glad I found Takuya. Thanks!

I recently acquired my first IWC watch from him and I received it the next day. No more AD games and get to enjoy the watches you love right away. Highly recommended!!!

bought a 16710 GMT master 2 (2003) from Takuya watches. Thanh was very responsive and even notified me that his plane was going to be late and he might not make it to the fedex pick up time.

He then emailed me later saying he was able to make it and shipped it out that day. Got it in the morning the next day. great service, amazingly beautiful watch, and would buy again

Thanh was very responsive. Present for my son, BNIB Rolex Starbucks was as promised. Great dealer! Buy with confidence. I will not hesitate to purchase again when I’m ready.

2nd AP. He was honest, trustworthy, and prompt. Always as described. The best to work w! Many more!

My first Rolex purchase was from Takuya Watches. I was able to get a beautiful time piece at a fair price. The customer service was amazing! Just 22 hours later the watch arrived. I will definitely use them for any future items and have already recommended them to several friends.

Buy from Takuya with confidence!

I live in Houston - Takuya is in west Houston.

I was tired of the AD waiting game. Do I buy other jewelry I don’t want just to move up? How long will I wait? Who knows?

After reading reviews on Trust Pilot and Reddit, I drove out to Takuya’s store in Katy and met Thanh Takuya. Very knowledgeable and polite. Very responsive.

That day he made me a great deal on an Explorer II in excellent condition, which was very close to what I would have paid at an AD. So, no more waiting, and I love the watch!

Fantastic experience buying from Thanh. The process was effortless and his communication excellent. The watch was perfectly described and a great value. Will buy again!

This was my first purchase with Thanh at Takuya Watches. Communication was excellent. Shipping was fast and packaging was meticulous. The product and accessory items were exactly as described in the listing (item was described as mint and looked unworn when received). Watch was independently authenticated afterwards at authorized service center. I will seek out Takuya first for future purchases.

Great seller / Top notice service!

Thanh is a true professional and excellent to work with to create an easy, trusted and pleasant buying experience. I will continue to buy from Takuya Watches in the future, and I highly recommend this company.

I purchased my Rolex Explorer I from Thanh. A1 experience with great and responsive customer service. Thanh responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner to make sure I was satisfied before making my purchase. The watch also came packaged well and secured. I could not have asked for a smoother buying experience.

The process of buying my first Rolex 116400GV was made seamless by Thanh. He quickly answered my questions and explained the wire process. I received my watch the day after my payment even with Houston getting a rare snow storm. Thanh goes above and beyond and I look forward to buying more timepieces from him.

Thahn was great to work with and received the watch next day. Very satisfied

I had an outstanding experience with Thanh. From start to finish, his professionalism, transparency, communication, and attention to detail were top-notch. The product arrived ahead of schedule, packaged securely, and in perfect condition. Thanh was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to address my questions and ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and customer care. I will absolutely be returning for future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant shopping experience!

I contacted Thanh asking for a Rolex he did not have listed on his website. He told me he was going to get one soon and that he would let me know. Within days he alerted me he had it and gave me a chance to buy it ASAP. He is very attentive and responds quickly. He does what he says efficiently and my transaction happened quicker than I expected. The watch was exactly as described and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I will be back to buy my next watch from him and recommend you give him a try too. Thanks Thanh!
