What a horrible company to do business with. I placed a simple order for 1 product. The long story into a summary is that this one product was placed, and received an email that it shipped to which it didn't leave the "shipped" city for 7 days later. I finally received the order 10 days (17 total days and I'm 2 states over) and the order was wrong. I contacted "customer service" to ask the status and who the shipper was. Customer service didn't answer either question both times and simply said "we're sorry to hear you haven't received your order but it will arrive shortly."

I ordered an item that was broken when I received it. I contacted and Tanga responded and credited my account immediately. My experience with Tanga was good and I would recommend them based on how they handled my issue.

I ordered two pans from Tanga, not knowing what to expect- but they were a super good deal, so I decided to try. When they arrived they were just as described - of excellent quality, however one lid was shattered in transit. I contacted customer service and was blown away by the incredibly prompt, helpful and effective service I received. The issue was resolved and I am very happy with this experience.

I ordered a microwave from Tanga website and to say I was skeptical is an understatement. But I followed the order and yesterday saw it to be delivered today . To my amazement it just got here FedEx. Well omg. Surprise surprise it's here ! I've been scammed too many times to count . Who knew ? Haven't r÷heated or used yet which is still under debate till I use But all light on. So far so good. As of right now 5 stars ! Seems to be. I'll keep posted ! Thank u Tanga !

This was my first time ordering from this company. I was kind of skeptical and scared. I had never heard of this company before. However, I order a Turbo clean carpet cleaner because it was at a great price and it's what I've been looking for a while now. Amazing!!! The carpet cleaner is great and works really good. It also came with 2 small bottles of cleaning solution and attachments. It's easy to use. Let me also say the shipping was fast. I got the carpet cleaner in 3 days. Amazing. Thanks Tanga for regaining my trust back.

I ordered 2 silver chains, which took almost six weeks before I received my package. I have been tracking it, and it said that it was going to arrive 01/13/2025, but just arrived on 01/28/2025. Sadly, the one chain I ordered as a gift for my sister isn’t even in the envelope.

Tanga has exhibited the best customer service that I have ever in my many years as a consumer experienced! Not only was the software offered at a great price, but when it didn't electronically upload to my computer, their customer service team found the solution after several attempts. It is now running perfectly and enhancing my communication abilities with my client base.

Darienne was very helpful when finally I was able to reach customer service. She emailed me right after I sent my first emailed. The back and forth responses were pretty immediate. The refund request was solved to my satisfaction. 4 stars because the website was a little difficult to get to customer service.

I have ordered numerous items from Tanga. The best thing about them, it's that if any problems arise with your orders they quickly respond and correct the problem. Plus the have real good prices

I am a Squish Mallow collector. I like them because they are well made and very soft and cuddly. They come in a variety of sizes(from micro mini-30 inches. I was going to purchase the same style at Target.com in a 18 inches size for $24.99 but happened to find the 30 inch one on Targa.com for only $15.99. I had never seen a 30 inch one before so I decided to try Targa.com and I am glad that I did. Item arrived in a timely manner with free shipping and in perfect new condition.
