Fantastic service from Tangelo team and Ben specifically, he kept me updated on each stage of the process and sent me a personal walkaround video of the vehicle highlighting it’s features and even picked me up from the train station. We recently bought a BMW I3 from Tangelo in Plymouth, given we are from Sheffield I had no prior knowledge of the garage so were very pleased with the service we received from Kirsty. The car was cleaned and charged prior to our visit and the contact from start to finish was very professional and efficient. I’d have no hesitations using them again.
