Excellent customer service from Matt and Ryan at Tangelo Plymouth
Matt and Ryan were excellent when i purchased a car from the Plymouth dealership from Glasgow, Scotland. This was a distance sale so i had to rely on Matt sending good detailled information which he did. We did have a hic-cup and the car wasnt ready when it should have been, however Matt and Ryan did all they could to fix the situation quickly and i picked it up the following weekend. My distance sale was a very nerve racking experience for me but it was professionally well handled by Matt. I believe that Matt and the dealership in general will do their best to try to ensure you get the best customer service they can and if something does go wrong, then the guys will try their best to fix it with as little inconvienience to you as possible and being honest about what has went on. Would not hesitate to recommend. Stephen

Great experience
We purchased a Mazda cx30 from the Plymouth branch. The process was easy , and made a pleasure by the attention to detail by Matt. From the test drive to the final unveil the whole purchase was excellent. We were delighted with the px given for our old car , it was better than we buy any car offered. Many thanks to Matt and the team at Tangelo.

All I can say is untrustworthy
All I can say is untrustworthy. Was interested in a car and after multiple viewings I was ready to put down a reservation fee. Due to the car having a couple issues I was told not to worry about the reservation fee they will see if they can get the issues fixed and then we would sort all the finance side after. A couple days went past after the day they said they would contact me so I reached out to them. Turns out they sold the car to someone else a couple days after they told me not to put down the reservation fee. Them telling me they were going to get the issues sorted and then look at the finances was obviously a lie just to keep me happy whilst they were waiting for someone else to come along to buy the car who hadn't picked up on the issues. I am not happy at all with the service I have now had and would not recommend them.

Wonderful service
I was able to sort out my car finances over the phone with support from the team at Tangelo.
The pre / after sell customer service was great, as all questions and paperwork was done in a speedy manner. The car was delivered to me in a great condition. The price of the car was reasonable. Will definitely recommend Tangelo.

Tangelo come highly recommended, they make the buying process incredibly easy, the Sales Consultant Rory Lockyer answered all questions, went through the vehicle we purchased explaining its operation, he kept us informed at all times about the Sales process. I don't normally write reviews, however I was moved to write something here after a very good experience with Tangelo.
The first thing I like is that they seem to source cars that have a quality service history, often those taken in part exchange at a main dealer. They prepare them well for sale and are honest about their condition. That's not to say that purchasers shouldn't always practice due diligence. It is of course always important to check over the car thoroughly and make sure that everything works satisfactorily before you sign on the dotted line.
The warranty is also certainly worth having, there was a minor issue with my car after a couple of months which I was able to have dealt with, and the claims process was relatively straightforward. However once again it's worth in my view, any purchaser reading the warranty small print just to familiarise one's self with what is covered and what is not.
I now have a secondhand car which looks almost brand-new running beautifully and I'm absolutely delighted!
Alice (the sales executive I dealt with), was a joy to deal with and in a relaxed non-pressured manner dealt with all my questions and queries about the car. I would certainly buy from Tangelo again!

Great Dealership
Great service provided by Alex, Mollie and Leigh. All questions regarding the car were answered and I was sent an in depth health check and all the work they had carried out on it. After this I viewed the car and had found a few very minor issues. Before I picked the car up, all these issues had been promptly resolved. Everything was very smooth and professional and would recommend to anyone looking at buying a car.

Kaydee shared detailed information about the history and a video of the car showing minor cosmetics and main features within a couple of hours of my initial enquiry. The car was made ready on the date agreed following full service and MOT, and I was offered a courtesy vehicle for the few days that I was without my old vehicle. Great job Tangelo. Thank you.
