Following on from my last review, Tap And Go said they would refund the difference (0.9% - 0.6% ) for April and May's bill, as the new rate didn't kick in until the 1st June - IF I REMOVED MY PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW. Despite saying they would return my calls, they haven't. And, surprise surprise, I haven't had a refund. My next call is to contact the Financial Obusdman. I urge all small businesses to avoid Tap And Go - encourage your customers to pay with cash and by bank transfer. Running a small business is demanding and we need help, not hindrance from financial 'entrepreneurs'.

Cold called me, despite my number being registered with the Telephone Preference Services.

They did call me and assured me that the call was in error, and I have been removed from their database. So I have added one star.

Just spoke with Amy. At first I was hesitant and wasn’t looking to swap. I didn’t realise how much I was paying until I decided to do the price comparison she offered a managed to save 30%! She made everything clear an was extremely friendly and polite from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Tap&Go to anyone with a business.

When transferring over to Tap & Go they agreed to pay off our previous card suppliers and it always worries me that there would be some clause in the T&C's which I hadn't read, but no, Tap & Go were true to their word and Amy-Leigh was reassuring and very helpful with communication, which was very promptly actioned.
