The order arrived at the time, but the food was cold like it was in the fridge although I said in the order note to make the food warm

Good service with delicious food
I placed an order with 2 days notice so they can have time to prepare everything.
The food was fresh and tasty BUT very cold -- they just packed everything on the time of the pick-up (so I had to reheat everything in the microwave).
Moreover, they were missing one item in their shop (they told me that their stock ran out) so they gave me something else instead.

I did not understand it because I gave them 2 complete days to get my order ready. And I had an early morning pick-up order (first time slot of their timings)

Excellent , but the delivery not arrived on the select time

Easy to order, but required delete & add of the items instead of enabling edit. Location (map) can be enabled as a field so users/customers can add it. Delivery was within the time slot (excellent). However, need to work on order accuracy, some of the ordered items have been replaced with something else.

Average taste, layer of white chocolate is not enough or thick

The online ordering through website is a very good option.
And keeping Eggless items also helps vegetarian food lover.

Rest of food like Samosas...Egg Short foods etc were cold not heated

My family really loved the butterscotch cake I ordered. The online experience was amazing. It was clean and easy to use UI. The only suggestion I would like to give is to provide plastic cutting cake and candles with the cake.

It can be more systematic. I didnt get in my mail the order number and hence couldnt know how to tell the staff about my order.
You should have a input for what needs to be written on the cake.
Content of Cake should be mentioned to avoid any allergic cases
