1, sweater was not xl size it said it was on the label
but fit like a large. 2, was cut screwy, back of sweater was shorter than the front. un wearable.

No customer service for attempted return. Stay away from this company both for quality of product and response to inquiries on email. No phone listed to try another way.

Stay Away!!~!This place is selling premimum priced crap. Bought what looked like a heavy weight shirt, when I received it there were two and held up to the light I could see through them. Plain garbage, Stay away!

My experience with Tatumer is similar to all the other negative reviews. I ordered a nice appearing sweater from one of their online ads. After several weeks the sweater arrived and had little resemblance to the one advertised. In addition the elbow patch was on the inside of the arm. Totally inappropriate to wear unless you are doing a clown gig. The 50% refund they offered is unacceptable.

Product was cheap and poorly made. It is not the same product that is pictured online. The product went from the package straight to the garbage. It is a scam...I suspect all their products to be the same...trash.

Products are false, poor fitting and not worth 1/4 of price. Sweater had elbow patches sewed on inside and quality was cheap. Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering.

Horrible quality. The elbow patches were badly placed, cheap (shiney) polyester... We donated the shirts immediately. (I hope someone at Goodwill can use them.)

Total Scam! Purchased a supposedly "cashmere" sweatshirt which was delivered after much delay as a cheap synthetic material I'll fitting sweater.

I don't even want to give them a 1 star. I ordered a sweater for my husband for a Christmas gift, and the item should have patches on the elbows; however, the patches are more towards the front of the arm, also I needed to return for a different size. They send items with no return invoice information, no telephone number, only an email on the website. I have emailed twice and have never received any response from them. My husband said we will just donate the item to Goodwill or Salvation Army, since he cannot wear it. I DO NOT recommend this company at all - terrible customer service.

Order a couple sweaters from this site Big Mistake! What you see on website and the description is nothing what you will receive! I could see through the garment they sent me! Shipping was between 2 wks and almost a month for both items! I shipped both items back and because they use a different return address you pay the shipping! $16 All I hear from now it's my responsibility to retrieve my funds from Paypal. Really! I'm not going too! BBB next! Please never put yourself the situation that I did!

I bought a sweater and I was told it was purchasing 100% cashmere. when I received it was a cheap looking 100% polyester sweatshirt

i purchased some sweaters and didnt quite like them. asked for a refund, and they offered 60% back and i can keep the sweaters. i took the 60% and kept the seaters. thank you!

Bought what was advertised to be cashmere sweaters. What arrived was an item that was remotely what was pictured and said 100percent polyester.

I ordered sweater. I received a Women's size XL instead of the Mans XL. I notified them by email of the issue (no phone number) and quickly received a response telling me they shipped what I ordered.
Their communication offered to refund 60% of my purchase price to my payment method and told me I could reorder after my account is credited.
They could not simply send me the correct item. I tried to get on the website. It asks for an email and says they aren't open yet but will contact me when open.
Now I see they might be a scam. I hope this isn't true.

I saw an ad for these shoes and thought, to good to be true. That's a definite UNDERSTATEMENT!! Even though I passed the 30-day return time frame and can't a refund on this junk. I had no problem ordering and/or receiving the shoes that I ordered. BUT that's where anything good ends! I fell subject to their advertising hog wash. So, I ordered a pair. These shoes a definitely not even as comfortable or good as they claim! They ARE NOT the most comfortable shoe to walk in or stand in like they claim. Very cheaply made. There's no real cushioning in the sole. There is a little, though. They should be sued for false advertising for a sub-par product AND miss representation!! I know this FOR SURE!! I'll NEVER WASTE MY HARD-EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNK PRODUCT AGAIN!! Those of you that may be considering buying any of these shoes, DONT!!! There's MUCH BETTER shoes available for the same cost as these.

Totally agree with other reviews. The quality is crap! Nothing like what is pictured in the ad. Am somewhat surprised that we actually received anything at all based on other reviews. The item received is very light weight and, as per others, appears to be very oversize based on their size chart. Total cost in Canadian dollars $68.30 for what is actually a tee shirt.
