Stay as far away from Tatumer as you can. The so called Cashmere sweater for my husband for Christmas is labeled 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Last time I checked neither comes from a goat!

When asked for a refund the rep offered a 50% refund (not including shipping) when we said no she upped it to 80%. The product is crap.

SCAM!!! I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING FROM NORDSTROM. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS AND THERE ISNT A WAY TO CONTACT THEM

Same issues as everyone else. Will be sending to the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous. Was told I would have the item by Christmas for my hubby but here we are on Christmas Eve....NOTHING! BBB here I come.

Just like previous reviewers, thought I was ordering from Nordstrom. No product delivered. From what I have read, Tatumer is a very successful scam. FTC help!

Ordered from Tatumer an advertized Nordstrom cashmere men's shirt but what I received was polyester and very poorly made. The shirt had patch work pads on the elbows but in fact the patches were sewn to the side of the sleeve rather than the elbow...looked stupid to say the least. Worst garment ever. BTW, it had nothing to do with Nordstrom, simply a bait and switch.

I ordered a man's shirt on Dec. 1st as a gift thinking I was ordering from Nordstrom. When the invoice appeared, it stated Tatumer! The ad has reappeared next to my email with Tatumer in very tiny lettering under the Nordstrom name. I realized after reading reviews that buyers believe that Tatumer has bogus tracking and most likely no stock. PayPal initiated a dispute. I have sent PayPal the so-called tracking info. Tatumer deserves a ZERO rating!

This company is a ripoff. It advertises that it is a Nordstom re-seller, but the product you receive is nothing like anything sold at Nordstrom. Also, its customer service is a joke. I did a chat with them and was told they would get back to me within one day. So far it has been 14 days and counting.

I have purchased and received two items and I am very displeased with them because of the following:

1) The sizing for the large Men's Outdoor Casual Stand Collar Long Sleeve Sweatshirt seems too large compared to the information provided on your site for large size.
2) The sizing for the small Men's Outdoor Raglan Sleeves Casual Stand Collar Sweatshirt seems too large compared to the information provided on your site for the small size.
3) The Men's Outdoor Raglan Sleeves Casual Stand Collar Sweatshirt was listed as the material being cashmere, and this item received is not cashmere. The ad said Nordstrom but there is no Nordstrom labels or documentation received for this item.
4)The quality of the sewing workmanship for both items is poor, with both items showing loose threading at seams.

took 17 days to deliver. cheap-ass thin knit top presented on the web-site as an outdoor long sleeve golf sweatshirt. $48 delivered cost, it might be worth $17. Horrible. I don't trust them to return it for a credit. I'll use it next time i paint something in my house. Oh, and it was damaged. The buttons on the front left a visible impression on the back. as if that's not enuf, the collar buttons on the wrong side like a woman's garment.

Fake - Knockoff - not real merchandise - Finally received one of the products purchased over a month ago and it is a crap flimsy shirt with no tags on it at all. It is not new and it is not luxury at all. Do not buy from these guys. I have been trying to cancel for weeks and they keep giving me the run around. Seriously do not buy from these guys.

Tracking shows USPS is still awaiting item.

FINALLY got here. EXTREMELY flimsy material! Sleeves VERY baggy

Absolute junk overpriced falsely presented.Made it appear I was dealing with Nordstrom.JUNK

I bought shoes from Tatumer and the shoes were very inferior not like the ones pictured in their store. Very difficult to contact them and trust them.

Ok - so three weeks after ordering from these clowns I have just realized it’s a scam. They provided bogus tracking info and when you email them you get some rubbish email back asking for personal information. If your buying anything check the reviews first.

They marketed their stuff using the name "Nordstrom" which was in no way affiliated. I ordered a stand up collar pull over Mens top. The photo looked very nice but 5 weeks later when it finally arrived, the quality was about a 1 out of 10. I won't wear it ever, thinking about cutting it up and using it to polish my car.

Took my money for online purchase. Never shipped product. They sent me a tracking number, but, in order to enter their tracking number they required that I download software (likely malware) onto my computer. This company is a total scam.
