Tavernis is a small online trading card game store based in Portugal, created by collectors and players for people who love TCGs. We offer a carefully selected range of sealed products from popular games such as Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, and more. Our goal is simple: to provide genuine products, fair prices, reliable service, and a shopping experience that feels personal rather than corporate. As a small business, we care a lot about trust, transparency, and customer communication. Every order is handled with attention, packed carefully, and shipped using tracked delivery. We also offer pre-orders when supplier allocations are confirmed, so customers can reserve upcoming products with more confidence. At Tavernis, we understand how frustrating the TCG market can be: inflated prices, scalpers, unclear stock information, and poor communication are common problems. We want to offer a better alternative by keeping our store clear, honest, and easy to use. Whether you are a collector, a casual player, a competitive player, or someone buying a gift, we want you to feel safe ordering from us. We are still growing, but our focus stays the same: authentic products, good prices, careful packaging, and friendly support. Thank you for supporting a small independent TCG store.

I placed an order on Tavernis.com, but unfortunately my order was never fulfilled. I eventually received a refund, but no explanation was provided as to why the order was cancelled or not honored.
The lack of communication and transparency was very disappointing. I would have expected at least an explanation or an update regarding the status of my order.
pre-ordered hobbit gift bundle in june, was cancelled few days before release date without any communication, have not replied to email as to why this was cancelled
Bought an item at end of June for releasedate close to September. At first before ordering I've gotten in touch rather easily through chat. But after 2 months it got suddenly cancelled and refunded, without any message why. Store doesn't respond to their on site chat option anymore and email doesn't get answered why it was cancelled. This only leads to me writing this review to let others be aware for placing preorders if this is how it is handled. 2 stars, since I at least got my money back, I guess?
