The driver arrived slightly early, which I absolutely agree with. Puts my mind at rest that he isnt turning up!
My driver, Adeel Ahmed was pleasant and professional. His car was immaculate and his driving excellent.
He didn't force any conversation but was able to chat when encouraged.
The fare was cheaper than my local taxi firms.

Messages confirming the booking were immediate. The flight was tracked and I received a call and message on landing. Meeting point was easy, driver took suitcase, comfortable car. Altogether faultless.

So I left a bag containg ipads/passports in a cab that picked me up from Terminal 2, I popped down to the holding park and they all helped me locate the driver, an hour later he dropped it at my door.. cant fault these guys/team honest to the core should you lose any items travelling with them.

Excellent communication from our driver, Zed, prior to pickup. Waiting for us as advised in the Arrivals Hall when we arrived. Spotless car. Will definitely use again.

I booked a car quite late for our journey home from Manchester Airport and was concerned that I may have left it too late. We had also been let down by other transfer firms in the past. I had no reason to worry...
The Booking process online was easy and Jennifer of the Customer Service Team set everything up and arranged for our Driver to be waiting for us. We recieved detailed texts with all the information needed and a contact number for our Driver.
On arrival at Manchester Airport, Adeel was waiting for us, he called just after the aircraft landed - the flight had been delayed by around an hour, so Adeel had expertly monitored the arrival time and guided us through to where he was waiting with the car.
The trip home was superb - Adeel was easilly the best, calmest, most professional driver we have ever had the pleasure of being driven by. He was also the most friendly and helpful person you could hope to meet when arriving back to the UK. I can't rate this service and the people who dealt with us, highly enough.

Great attention from staff and the drivers are very considerate and polite. They have picked up my elderly parents from the airport in at least two occasions, bringing them from Manchester to Sheffield on time and safely.
Driver Nadia was very kind and communicated with me and kept me informed all along. Will definitely book again with them :)
