No contact at all since taking on my legal expenses claim for an employment tribunal case nearly 2 weeks ago and having been chased by the insurer since! I have now only got 17 days left to file a claim with no help!

Update: I have now received an emailing explaining the solicitor has contacted the barrister that reviewed my claim as successful and has convinced the otherwise. This barrister didn’t pay attention to most of the facts, evidence and didn’t assess half the claims as it was. Now there has been further misunderstanding over what I am claiming for and why with the solicitor.

I have responded to clarify matters and hope this will be resolved promptly.
