They provide excellent and efficient service. I emailed to them to make an appointment: they were responsive and they managed to find a convenient time slot for me to attend the property for evaluation. They sent the report in a couple of days after Elliot had attended the property. All went smoothly keeping me much satisfied with their service.

Used Taylor Chartered Surveyors when we needed a RICS valuation from HTB. I was worried that with their price being so much cheaper than others online there might be something wrong but that absolutely wasn't the case. They were the quickest and cheapest and I did speak to a number of other companies. Service was very professional too. Special shout out to Elliot who did the valuation, was very prompt and for this quick turnaround - he attended Friday morning and we had the valuation back Monday morning before 9am. Also Sasha who was great in setting everything up. Their advice with HTB was also second to none and we've already received our redemption statement.
