Taylor Chartered Surveyors were great throughout the whole process! Very friendly, efficient and responsive to any questions that I had. The HTB valuation was scheduled very quickly and I got my report the next day, Elliot was a pleasure to work with, he very kindly answered all the questions that I had about the valuation. Vey reasonably priced as well - highly recommend!

If you need a valuation for Help to Buy, this is THE company to go to. They do hundreds a week and therefore know what they're doing. They are also very reasonably priced and Elliott, who does the surveying, is friendly and on YOUR side. He understands your position. Overall, Taylor Chartered Surveyors provide a fast, efficient and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them over anyone else in the market. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Taylor Chartered were excellent. Provided good and flexible availability. Prompt and professional appointment with knowledgeable surveyor. Great value for money and certified as required for our help to buy requirements. The report came the next day and included all of the information we needed. I even had to have another amendment done due to my marital name & this was done on the same day as my request. Cannot fault the service.
