If I could give zero i would. Website has disappeared now conveniently. Gave the impression of a London store closing down with a picture of an older couple been trading for years. Ordered a few things then realised it could be dodgy so contacted them to cancel the day after. They wouldn't let me. Recieved the stuff which was trash. Contacted them right away to send back. Back and forth emails, dragged it on. Eventually followed their instructions and cost me over £70 to send back. Heard nothing since. Absolute scammers. I'm now over £200 out of pocket. Raging.

Absolutely awful. Quality of product is cheap. Returns at customer expense to China. Tracked return has been in the Customs process for 45 days so still no refund. Stay away.

Wish I’d of looked at reviews before ordering! Pure scam, no such website, they have also changed their name too! When my outfit arrived it was massive, totally different and made from really cheap material. I’ve tried to email them to receive a refund but theirs no such email.

SCAM- Not UK Based and clothes nothing like advertised.Very poor quality. No option to return. Did check reviews first but must have been cleverly manipulated by company.

Unfortunately, i have experienced the same as the comments below. I honestly thought I was dealing with a UK company. The clothes are not fit for purpose, I put them in the bin. I have taken this up with my credit card company, so avoid TAYLOEWARDROBE at all costs! I would also give a minus star is possible...

What a bunch of thieves- not only is the company not English, they are selling counterfeit goods/ their size guides are a joke- a bit like one size fits all if you are lucky enough to be the size they send - typical Chinese company- offered me in writing to give me back 80% of purchase price if I dropped complaint with PayPal and then went totally silent- luckily for me PayPal helped redress the balance but advised me in future not to close the case with them, even though it says they will still protect and look after you. You get a sympathetic person called Elsa who pleads total innocence and will do everything she can to sort issues- if it wasn’t for such a small amount and I was a wealthy person, I would take them to task and force every penalty on them - PayPal are aware of company and are reviewing their association with them. To sum up, they are a bunch of thieves selling counterfeit goods and preying on people to steal their money - also go by the name AYEBYE/BUY B.V who they use as their trading company.

I echo everything that has been said in previous reviews. Sadly I have had the same experience and battling with them now for return. I actually did check on here before and there were good reviews so they have gone to great lengths to scam! I have reported it to AMEX and everywhere possible. The clothing is appalling and tag less.

If I could give zero stars I would! I just want to warn other people. The website says they are a UK company founded by Mr and Mrs Taylor in London in 1993. They also say they ship out of the UK and offer a full refund in 30 days if not satisfied. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE.
I bought a freya wind and rainproof jacket for £39.95. It took nearly 3 weeks to come and when it did it was basically a hoodie. It was not rain or windproof or even a jacket. I sent it back to the warehouse it was sent from and had proof of them signing for it. However, they refuse to refund me as I did not send it back to China even though that address was not mentioned until I asked for a refund. Please don't buy from this company - a fake website with fake products that do not match their descriptions and a fake company just looking to steal your money. It is not OK.

ZERO STARS!! This is a SCAM company based in Hong Kong. They go to great lengths to tell you returns are expensive and pointless. They stopped responding when I said I’d reported them. I bought the Anna two piece which is such poor quality it’s laughable. I wouldn’t even use it to wipe my ar*e or the dogs with. Counterfeit goods. I’ve raised a dispute with the bank.

Should be 0 stars not 1. Ordered a coat in the sale for £90 that I wouldn't pay 90p for. Quality is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. So annoyed with myself for falling for the professional glossy website.

This deserves zero!! DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a waterproof coat which turned out has come from China. A cotton hoody has turned up. They are offering a 20% credit. Warning me that returns are at my cost and get lost in the post!! On checking on companies house this company was set up and then dissolved almost immediately. It has not been trading as it says in the about us!!! Total scam!!!

Absolutely appalling - it's a complete con and I fell for it 100%, unfortunately. 3 issues : product quality/design, sizing and returns process.
The clothing on the website and what was received are poles apart. It's junk. Sizing .... I ordered Large, and I think they'd be too small for a Medium. So far off, it's laughable. And, as others have said, if you want a refund, you have to ship it back to China at your expense and trust they'll honour the refund. Not confident of that at all.... Or, in my case, they offered a 15% refund if I keep the order...

If there was a box to tick for '0' stars then I would click it! I just wish I had read some of the reviews before I purchased. As most of the reviewers have stated this is a scam. The goods that eventually arrived were absolutely awful! Nothing like the advert on Instagram. Like the other customers..when I contacted Taylor Wardrobe they said I would have to return the goods to China at my expense but offered me a 5% discount which amounted to £1.90! This 'company' needs to be reported to Trade Description as they certainly do not deliver what they advertise.

This is essentially a scam website. They delivered a counterfeit jacket that was ordered as an XL but was closer to a small/medium. They do not accept returns but offered a derisory 10% refund.

Purchased the Anna/ comfortable two piece set XL
What arrived in no way shape or form resembled the garment advertised. It was also enormous, poorly made, & oil stained.
I asked to return it (30 days money back) whereupon they offered me 5% discount to keep it, or to return it to China at my expense. It was dispatched to me from Southall not China.
Several emails later I am still no farther forward & both frustrated & dissatisfied.
No wonder the business is closing down……or so they say !
