I paid for the last minute service a couple of days before the deadline to apply for SPL for the Easter holidays. Kinza was fantastic and helped me to complete my application so quickly, literally within a couple of hours! The support of Teacher’s SPL helped me to get 9 weeks full pay during my maternity leave. The service is great value for money and makes the process so much easier when you have a new baby to care for.

Teachers SPL service was a fantastic investment in gaining me over a month of additional full pay and saving me a lot of time in completing the forms and fretting over wording to HR. I cannot recommend this service enough - it isn't advertised as much as it should be in schools but any teacher would be foolish not to use this service. For a small fee we had multiple forward and backward emails with the amazing Claire who was more than helpful and guided us through the whole application and continued to help with questions we had later down the line. Don't question doing this service, just do it.

A really easy to use service from start to finish. Kinza was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had with ease. We were really happy wit the level of support offered even after the plan was agreed and paperwork sent to our employers. It completely took all the stress out of having to navigate the process on your own.

I was really struggling with completing the forms. Great communication and completed forms very quickly. If I'd have completed them myself I wouldn't have got anywhere near as much money during maternity leave. Completely worth it, would highly recommend.
