am not happy I got my phone pickEd up on Monday 16th. I was told ill get 380.00 and still not heard anything . I wish I looked b4 I did it they are robbing shirts. so it seem ive lost my phone well gutted . Mrs Linda Robinson from Hampshire

Same experience, sent a Galaxy Z Flip 4 phone to them early in December, and not heard anything tried to email today, and the email bounced back, like others wished I had seen the reviews first.

Sent in my sons Samsung s23 ultra 512gb 2 weeks ago so I could upgrade his phone for a Christmas present & the damming website is gone and email no longer available, some wicked people in this world !

Same issues all round. MacBook picked up on collection date etc. then nothing. Also signed for by Ali. Reported it action fraud and police. Then before website and email domain was taken down, I got a counter offer which I accepted in the hope that they would pay out. First date agreed to sell was 24th November and counter offer was 17 December and so far as today (19th December) no payment. I’m out £380(£265 counter offer) and so annoyed that I did not see reviews before sending the item.

SCAM! I feel stupid for not checking here first, which I normally do. They were offering the best price for my phone and decided to give them a try. The website was sponsored on Google adds as well.

UPS collected my phone as scheduled and I did not hear nothing after that point. I followed up with UPS and could see that my phone was signed for on Friday 13th December by somebody called Ali. I contacted Techflip via the online contact form and heard nothing. This week the website is down and email is also bouncing back. I also tried their phone number and same issue. I am now out of pocket.

I have since reporter it as fraud to UPS in the hope that they do not take on work for that company or address again. In addition, I have reported it to Watchdog, trading standards and the police.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Feel so angry about it. I will also be contacting Google as it was a sponsored website. I hope everybody else who got done over reports them too.

So guess what it happened to me also, I have reported it to Manchester police and I have a crime reference number so maybe they will look into it and save someone else fallen victim, I done a bit of research ( bit late now but hey ) the address has gone under a few names in the last 10 years ie cash your phone, tech universe, and flip tech, and also a name which the police now have, I would recommend if you have been scammed by this company type in Google Salford police and fill out incident report, I took pictures of the serial numbers of the two iPads I sent but hold no hope of ever seeing them again.

Collected my phone in a hurry,all messages answered. Then after my phone collection I've received no money from the £200+ I was promised for it. I've sent many messages all ignored! So technically they have stolen my phone. I'm going to the police with this as I've paper trail of who they are!

Sent device 2 weeks ago, no contact, emailed them and said will get back to me and never did, they have now stolen my device, not paid me for it and have now shut there website. Who do I contact to report now as I want my device back or money for it.

Don’t even want to give a 1. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’m going to report as others have done. Sent iPad, know it was delivered from UPS confirmation- each time I chase to understand review of iPad and amount I will get paid, I get anonymous emails with no name contact number or answer, just ‘I will forward your request to the relevant department’ and now the email address and website seem to be defunct. Horrendous experience- hope it’s being checked out /closed down for fraudulent activity

Same experience as others - they will not return my samsung phone - (online quote as £120 - when they received phone they offered £20 claiming damage to phone) _ I declined their offer & tried to use their link to pay to get phone returned - no response to emails or contact form on website. Spoke to Citizens Advice Bureau today who advised me to send a letter in effect claiming breach of contract. Have tried to get back onto their website to check their contract ts & cs only to find the website is no longer working! Obviously scammers. Thanks to Sarah for posting an address for them - I'll try that.

Exactly same experience as everyone else has written. Also reported to Action-fraud and contacted Citizens Advice. No response to emails at all.

Do not use this fraud company. £350 out of pocket.

They don't acknowledge emails, or proof of them receiving the delivery when you sent it tracked recorded. Total scam reported to the police and trading standards.

Exactly the same experience as others, sent phone in , have got proof they received it. Then nothing. No response to emails, just nothing apart feom them asking for proof of delivery, which was sent. Phone sent 2 weeks ago.
Have reported to fraud action uk as others have suggested.

I don't even want to give these robbing scum a 1 star.Absolute bullshit company. I sent my samsung phone 2 weeks ago.No response. When I text ,all I get is a computer message repeated asking for tracking number.They have my phone with order number bank details.Fuming might take a drive to address i posted to ,which will probably not exist. THEIFS 🤬🤬

Very poor service. Just like others. The device was received, confirmed by UPS. It took 4 days for them to even acknowledge receipt. Days later I received an email informing me that my device had multiple scratches and had a value of £180, £100 less than originally quoted. After rejecting the offer. I received an email requesting a £20 payment to return the device. Shortly followed by a requote up to £225. Poor. Waste of time

Writing another review to try and get this website shut down. Please report to ncsc . Gov

Also please speak to citizens advice and they will take you through the steps needed to take legal action against the company.

Absolute SCUM!!!

Scammers. They offered £270 for Ps5 console then tried to change it to £110, claiming overheating. Just prior to sending the console, it was professionally cleaned and given a 6 month warranty. Scammers, don't send anything to them

I am lucky that I did receive the payment for my Ipad. However, the ad stated £110 if it was in great condition. My Ipad was brand new when I got it and stored in an Otter Box all its life. I sent it off and was told it was only worth half that as it was Grade C with moderate scratches. This is absolutely not true. If I wanted my item back, I had to pay £20, so I accepted the offer feeling I had no choice. I had to chase up payment, and further had to chase getting the postage back. I feel fortunate that I did receive both of those, but I can't recommend this company.
