DONT USE THESE!!!! On the website they gave me a quote of £410 and the UPS came to pick my iPhone 14 up and it says on the website that in 24hrs you get a price for your phone as soon as they receive it and I haven’t heard nothing back!!! They’re basically stolen my iPhone 14 and scammed me so I’m down an iPhone 14 and no money

This company is a complete scam! I sold my iPhone 12 Pro, which was in perfect condition. The website initially offered £270, but after I posted it to them, they claimed it had "excessive scratches" and reduced the offer to £120. I refused, but now they’re not returning the phone and won’t provide any information on how I can get it back. They’ve stopped responding altogether.
I checked Companies House and discovered the company was officially dissolved on 8th October 2024, yet I received an email from them on 1st November with their so-called offer. Additionally, the Trustpilot reviews on their website are blatantly fake—clearly designed to deceive customers.

Shameful
As many have said, this is a rip-off crew. I've always had my devices fully protected from possible damage, yet my pristine tablet was downgraded from £40 to £18, with a £20 cost to return if I didn't accept the revised offer. One star is far too generous but it's the lowest score available.

I have had the same experience as any one who has used tech flip false amount offered ups courier picked up 2 days later found an error with ps4 which was working fine then offered a third of what they quoted, I rejected this and was willing to pay the 20 pounds fee to have it returned but after a week an a half and lots of emails no response, what this conning company want is for there 3 weeks to go buy then they give you there so called counter offer! Do not use this company to trade anything! I'm going to get legal help and court if I have to I'm not letting this company get away with it

Techflip scammers
Sent ps5 in pristine condition no faults whatsoever. Was offered £271 if no faults found but as expected techflip said there was faults and offered £126 only. Full documented experience including phone calls, messages and emails will be available on all social media platforms including legal action on how to take the next step regarding consumer rights acts and how documented proof prior to sending devices to online companies is so important and can easily win a legal battle.

TECH FLIP Terrible service be warned
Complete waste of time was offered £570 for 2 iphones in perfect condition mine and my wife's. Always kept in cases and I took photos of there condition prior to sending. They have counter offered less than half due to the condition. I clicked on a link in error accepting the offer I then tried to click on the other link but they said I am unable to reject the offer as I had accepted it. This is a disgracefulservice and I have requested they return the phones so I can sell them privately. I am shocked at how I am being treated by this company please be aware of how they treat customers.
Update messaged them 3 days ago asking for my phones to be returned so I can sell them privately and not to send any payment do not accept clicking on the wrong link means I can't have my property returned but no response wish I never sent them my phones terrible company please people be warned...
Sent the low payment to me refusing to acknowledge that I want my phones back please don't have anything to do with this company.
