The most horrible agency ever, The ugc content was very very bad ans they keep changing the employees. They say that they'll charge extra if the content has to be edited again and even after completion of the project they still haven't shipped my products back, No one's picking the call too...horrible, stay away from this agency. Not worth the time, money or effort

Please don’t fall for TechSharks’ ads. It has been almost a year since I paid them, and I still haven’t received the full content. They keep changing their employees, no one replies on time, and as a client I had to provide everything — scripts, ideas, shoot direction — yet they still couldn’t deliver. After months of delays, they finally sent some content and it was unusable, extremely poor quality, like it was shot with no planning at all. Total waste of money. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. Worst experience ever.

Worst of all. We sent them the products and they delivered poooorest quality of UGC. that too after months of follow ups. Resulted in dissolution of whole campaign.

The videos were badly edited, background noises were there, no proper support. We ended up in discarding them. Ultimately decided to write here so that you should stay away from them.

I had one of the worst experiences with Techsharks and would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional, careless, and downright fraudulent in their approach.

We had sent them our jewellery pieces for UGC (User Generated Content) creation, trusting their promises of professional-quality work. Not only did they fail to deliver any content, but they also kept both our **money and jewellery**. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper communication, no accountability, and no resolution from their side.

This is not just poor service—it feels like a scam. Losing money is one thing, but losing valuable jewellery and getting no work in return is entirely unacceptable. A genuine company would at least return the products or provide transparency. Techsharks.in did neither.

Their customer support is useless, their commitments are fake, and their entire process seems designed to exploit businesses that put their trust in them. Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating business interactions I’ve ever had.

**I would never recommend Techsharks.in to anyone. If you value your money, your products, and your peace of mind, please stay away from this company.

A highly unprofessional agency, they take money and then ghost their clients.

On the Sales Call they showcased a very different work and when i sent my products for shoot they provided a very mediocre bad quality videos that felt useless and once I ran Ads on them, it got proved they were useless. If you are a Product company/brand do not go with them. They will promise Product showcase but will only provide you a talking video and when you will ask for changes they will do nothing and in the end you will get frustrated and will accept what is done. Do not even get me started on the timeline. It took these people 41 days to deliver 5 basic videos.

THIS WHOLE GROUP IS JUST A FULL OF SCAMMERS.

Its been three months since i made full payment for Influencer marketing, and send over items worth 90k to their influencer and only one of their influencer delivered content. And now they are not picking up my calls or revert on emails. Going to proceed for legal as they are just looting money.

Fraud compound, promised to deliver 5 videos within 15 days, and now it's been more than 7 months, neither i received any video nor any refund till date

Worst scammers... havent done even one video from the past 8 months and now dey deliberately dont take the calls. Can any1 help me to access the consumer court regarding this ?

Techsharks provides extremely poor service. Before taking the project, they keep calling, following up, and even doing video calls as if they are very professional. But once the payment is done, there is zero communication — no updates, no call responses.

They promised to deliver the UGC video within 10 days, but it took over a month to receive it. Even after that, they did not return the product used for the shoot. I had to follow up multiple times just to hear vague replies like "we’ll send it soon," but to this day, I haven’t received my return piece.

Their approach is completely unprofessional. No sense of commitment, no responsibility after taking the money.
I strongly advise you NOT to trust Techsharks. Worst experience ever.

They are scammers, they have deleted their google my listing account bcz of the tons of one star reviews abt their company, they have taken 6k from us and failed to provide services as promised you as a client have to take their follow ups to get d work done, their employee Prerna Madhar throws such an attitude as if she is doing wrk fr free . Guys go fr any agency but pls Avoid them idk how do they sleep looting ppl

Worst scammers I have come across, took the money, in 2 months they completed one video which was not at all useful , Astha is the biggest liar I have seen and believed . After onboarding she would stop responding and give some excuse like medical issues, pass on some one else’s number who would never pick up again . They have assigned one brainless person named Jennifer who doesn’t understand anything even after explaining a hundred times.When I asked for the refund of the rest, they disappeared. Very soon will be going to consumer court if they don’t respond and refund my amount

They don't deserve 1 star. All are fake promises. UGC content is so poor. They cheat our 10k, just showing face promises. They all are cheater. Don't even think about their services. it's not techshark it's FAKE SHARK. Be aware of them

They are one of the worst scammers I have come across, took the money, work delayed for 4 months and gave less than half of the work, when I asked for the refund of the rest, they disappeared. They are a bunch of idiots working in a basement. Stay away from them.

These people are only focused on scamming their clients.

At first, they claim that the work will be completed within 20 days, but later they behave as if they’re doing the work for free. No one from their team responds—up until the payment is made, they’ll keep calling and messaging you, but after that, they act like they don’t even know you.

It’s been 3 months since I purchased their UGC video package, and till now, all I’ve received are repeated “Sorry sir, sorry sir” messages.

And now they’re telling me that they will only provide music-based videos.

They are a bunch of incompetent frauds incapable of fulfilling tasks they charged for. The sales team is going to act like they know everything and will do everything you ask for but their operations team has to be the biggest bunch of idiots I have ever seen. I don't even want to share the whole experience because it is pointless, they will not learn, it is better if you take your money and spend elsewhere. Do not ever do business with them and don't fall for the fake good reviews they have posted on their google and trustpilot. I guarantee you can't find a SINGLE satisfied customer.
