I ordered 7 items of clothing, but I only received 5. Could you please check the order statement?
I send you e-mail 3times but i can't receive any response! Could you please check again?!

After placing an order on Jun 26, 2024, then contacting them to change a boot size and getting a rapid response, I felt confident my order would be shipped on time with the new size.

My order is still awaiting shipment and I've asked for my money back. My emails go unanswered. I write this because I hate being ignored and it looks like I'll be ripped off. I'll take it down if I get restitution.

Customer service is ok but the pants are so bad wrong size very bad quality and pants are so bad took 1 month to get here and

The hoodie I got wasn’t the right material, although shipping was 7 days and not 14-21. I got a stussy hoodie, recommend buying from the actual store instead of this website so you can get real material and real hoodie, unless you want it to be wayyy cheaper then buy from here. 3/5 honestly lol.

This company is a scam, I canceled my order before it was shipped out and I texted the email and tried calling and it went straight to voicemail, I still haven’t received my refund after 10 days

Bought jacket for sons birthday. No response when trying to exchange it. Have lost money on this. Really really disappointed. How can they still be selling. Wish I had checked reviews before buying item.

So i ordered 2 pairs of badfriend jeans with a brand color logo in front and the delivery was about 15-18 days which isnt bad, only problem is my order got messed up with the incorrect color and size. However the quality of the pants is perfect but kinda disappointed about the messed up order but the team offered to make up the incident. If yal plan to buy from techwear go ahead but please make sure your order is the way you want it to be!

I been hearing about this website and from what I heard, people have been saying it was the worst they ever bought from. And I really don’t disagree with them. The 14-21 shipping day is a lie, the products are low quality and material is bad. I haven’t even got my package yet either because of how long this is taking, smh. Not to forget that I tried tracking my order but it said that it was not found. They also said they would email me once it was shipped but I never got that notification. Yeah first and last time ever buying from this website. If your looking for designer clothes, I wouldn’t suggest getting it from here.
