Product never arrived and no response to my emails or queries raised via their website form. I've now had to start the refund process via PayPal unfortunately.

My son is so happy he got his shoes today 💙 They are perfect 👌 They delivered them to my front door. I'm excited to order more shoes now. He wants more colors. They were responsive when I emailed to say the shoes were too small and they promised to send a larger size. Shipping can take a while but I am waiting to see if they come.

The shoes arrived an were exactly as promised. Very good quality and looks. I had a question and their customer service was both helpful and had a great attitude.

Ordered an item and got the size wrong. They easily arranged an exchange without even requiring a return, which I was worries about considering it was overseas shipping. Very happy.

Item arrived well packaged and is great quality. Design is the same as advertised. Sizing comes up a bit small so would always order next size up. Company did get back to me and rectify the problem. Would use again

nah i bought a jacket with 130 dollars and paid for the shipement and it has been 3 months now, i emailed the company 6 times now still no answer and when i track the shipment in the yunexpress website it says shipement was not deliverd due to unknown recipent and returned back to chine. they still hasnt responded or refunded me my money

Ordered a sweatshirt, wanted to exchange for a different color and size, the customer service wrote back very quickly with a solution to exchange. The sweatshirt is very nice quality.

Our item arrived but quality was really not good for the price we paid. We have sent 3 emails and messages on Instagram but we are being ignored. After 3 weeks, not one reply. We want to return the item and get a return label - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a lot of stuff. Most of the stuff was wrong or missing. They refunded some but then just stopped answering, even after admitting they were wrong. A total of 160€ they never refunded. I opened complaints with Paypal and they're getting closed in my favor, so they gave me some money back and possibly will get all my money back. In the complaint, when asked to answer, they simply lied, but fortunately, I had proof to show Paypal. They're not just incompetent, they straight out acted to actively scam me

The Cheapest clothes and a poor service! What a bad surprise when I finally received my order, over 2 months to get delivered. The clothes are definitely overpriced for such cheap quality, also I have to pay 45$ to return the items to China…don’t waste your money. 100000% SCAAAAAAM.

Bought the Fixed Gear Crossbody Bag in size L. The measurement for the depth described in the photo was 20cm, but mine only measured up to 16.cm at its widest point.

I emailed them in regards to this issue to try and find out why that is and what they can do about it.

They replied back but were uncertain about their own product and size that "maybe" they shipped me size S because they didn't have L (There was no size S, it was M or L. Also, why would they just ship a random product if they did not have it in stock). They asked if a 40% refund was okay for me.

I replied back saying that if it was okay with them, I would've liked either an exchange for the larger size (if it was a sizing problem), or a full refund.

They did not reply for 4 days so I sent a follow up email. They did not respond to that one either, so I sent another follow up after 2 days. It has been 12 days since their initial email and there has been nothing since. I do not believe they will be replying anymore.

Do not buy from this company.

I got my stuff a while ago, there was 3 hoodies and I actually was surprised because the quality is amazing (really comfortable) and looks really nice, delivery wasn’t fast but it came in time and the customer service is really good because I texted them with my questions and they answered fast and were really polite. I’m satisfied, will order more.
