Having battled with the unreliability of Nest I decided to move back to CCTV. My research of suitable companies led me to decide on Tel Cam as the supplier/installer. My experience of Tel Cam from the first telephone call to the commissioning of the system was excellent, professional and great value. I can highly recommend them. RW

John at Tel Cam is an absolute expert on anything car related. He's been able to repair my car in no time twice, when ventilation fan broke down and needed replacing, then a week later ignition lock completely jammed, and I was stranded at road side. John is a hero and a legend. Excellent & speedy service - very important to me, as a driving instructor I need my car!

A huge recommendation for John who fixed an electrical fault on my car after a Mercedes specialist stated they couldn’t repair it. John went above and beyond to diagnose the fault, find it and fix it. He communicated how much it would cost prior to commencing the work and kept me informed throughout the process. I also had a new Bluetooth enabled stereo installed. I cannot recommend John enough for his skill, knowledge and commitment to get the car fixed. I finally feel confident with driving the car again.

I also highly recommend Telcams high quality security systems. I have used them for installing alarms and cctv cameras to both my home and business premises and could not have been more impressed. They were efficient, professional and tidy. They were also very committed to adhering to the current social distancing requirements on their most recent visit to install a door chime to my front door.

I highly recommend John and all the Telcam team.

5 star service provided by Telcam, had an issue with my car for over 6 months, after having no luck anywhere else came to them as I was recommended by a friend, spoke to John who explained in detail what work needs to be carried out and how much it would cost, he did a excellent job as promised. Will definitely be using them again.

With my terrible luck, I had installed a Meta Trak car tracking device to my New Range Rover Vogue from Telcam security system Ltd.

The guy name JOHN came to my property to install the tracker to my car with his big attitude and have no sense at all, how to talk with customer. He had charge me £813.00 to install a tracker and while he was doing a job he told me he is doing a big big favour for me.

He was very much careless while removing and fitting some of the interior panels of my New car. He put some scratches to one of my car interior panel, while fitting the tracker.

When he installed the tracker, he not shows me how to use the tracker rather he said, he have no time for this, I should call the company (Meta Trak) and ask them. What a awful service he provided me.

Since, then he installed the tracker, my car interior lights stop working.

The tracker he installed is a complete rubbish. Since he installed the tracker, my new car start giving me trouble, the car never start for first 3 to 4 attempts even the immobiliser deadlock is unlocked.

Many times during the day and night the tracker shows the total wrong location of the car. Which is a real shame on these guys.
Meta Trak mobile application is also very rubbish works very sluggish.

I would advise everyone reading my experience with these guys to stay away from this Telcam and Meta Trak company. They are looting customers and proving very poor customer service.

I hope Mr John should read this review. But I don’t think he cares about his customer services

Not a happy customer

I had Telam do some work for me after I went to three other places. They were the only ones to figure out the problem I had without me going into extra expense to find out the cause but, without knowing whether that would be the cause; so that would have meant spending endless time and money finding what could be the problem. Telcam efficiently found the problem I had within two days where the others took weeks to start, and solved the issue within two weeks when the ordered parts ordered came.
I had great service by a great team of professionals.
I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent service all the way through from Tel Com, polite, efficient and helpful. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Particular mention to Jed who came to install and was very patient explaining how everything worked.

Would recommend and use them again.
