After being given a ridiculous quote and a 3 week waiting time, I was recommended Tel Cam Security Systems. They arranged an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and serviced my whole system for less. Really professional and time efficient. I have no hesitations in recommending them!!

Feeding my sisters cats, alarm goes off, key pad locked out and no way to reach sister. And I have no idea how to stop the alarm or sort it out.
Called Telcam and spoke to Raj who was 100% amazing. He calmly talked me through the process, stopped the alarm. Helped me reset it.

Great company for CCTV Fitting and Maintanance

I have been using Tel Cam for a number of months for vacant properties and they have been nothing but professional and excellent during this time.

They respond very quickly and alert me when there are any issues. Their prices are very competitive and they are able to install devices very quickly and work around any issues.

I had a broken fan blower in my car. I shopped around for different garages most didn't give fan blower electrical service, went to Telcam security system in Hanwell advised by my garage who couldn't also fix it. Boy, i'm so glad i went to them. John was the first person i spoke to, he was absolutely polite, helpful, understanding and reassuring. He booked a quick appointment for me which i couldn't get elsewhere, then the team as well as John kept me updated of the progress of the work by sending pictures and texts as well as phone calls. They are honest reliable and very good at what they do. Happy with the work that's been done. I highly recommend them.
