I received a successful wireless fire panel installation at the my hotel. The Telcam team executed the installation effectively, with Rahul providing a thorough explanation of each function. The system is now operating perfectly.

A little while ago following my fathers passing away I had no clue with what goes on with the alarm systems at both of our properties. I called Telcam and got to speak to Henna, I cant explain how helpful she was!

She explained how the services work and what’s included. I was also sent follow up emails about my bookings with further information, she made me feel super comfortable and confident😊 What a lovely lady!

I rather foolishly washed my car keys in the washing machine, and after that they didn't work. John at TelCam was able to sort it out and put in a new battery, and now it works. A really superb and quick service - only took 2 hours, and very reasonable price.

The team have been amazing from set up, service to call outs. Whenever I've had an issue they have responded promptly and ensured the issue was resolved. Makes us feel safer. Keep up the great work!

Tel Cam removed an existing alarm from my old property to my new one.

The fitters were great, and I couldn’t be happier with their politeness and attention to detail. They asked me everything before they carried out any work to ensure I was happy with what they were going to do. I know what it’s like sometimes as some fitters want to do what’s easiest and quickest for them but not these guys.
