Great service and great advice given my the team. There knowledge was outstanding and made me really confident they are the right people to use!

I have used Telcam for many years for my alarm system and security cameras. I have always found them highly responsive when I have any issues, and their staff knowledgeable and helpful - for example Carlos came today and quickly resolved a couple of small issues I reported last Friday

The story with Telcam continues and its not good !
As the initial work on the installation had not been completed fully, or inline with their written quotation ! This was noted by our Fire Safety consultant in his report.
Telcam came back to "complete the installation", some of the work was completed, but they still had to fit the required night latch to the front door. On there next visit they attempted to fit the incorrect lock again, and on the follow up visit they didn't even show up. I was left waiting for over 2 hours. Having only been advised that their staff where out at another site as the call/repair had taken more time than expected - no eta given and their Director C.......... didn't even have the courteous to call. Perhaps I should have had my suspicion that they wouldn't attend when I received the email advising the Hi Claire, Hope all is well,
The Lock has been booked in for installation on Thursday 22nd August (between 15:00-17:00)

Still no sign of the complaints policy either.

Don’t go there as I leftMy vehicle for a week with them and they couldn’t allocate the problem and I still had to pay 100 pounds will advise you to go to this place as in within an hour they fixed my problem and these are the proper wizard go to translectrix on 07401073212 And they only charged me 140 pounds to fix the problem all in all Trust me don’t do the same mistake I did I wish someone told me the same before

I have been looking for a company to install an intruder alarm and CCTV around my property for a year. After getting three quotes and a recommendation to use Telcam we decide to use them.
We are so pleased with their patience and professionalism to understand our needs they clearly made me feel at ease and I knew I had made the right decision to choose them
After the installation they sent out there installation manger to quality control the work.

They have a 24 hour service if there are any issues which I have used when I incorrect keyed in the wrong details.
They offer monthly installment payments if you do not want to pay it off in one go.
A reasonable yearly service which is chargeable after the first year that also covers you for the whole year 24 hour support
I had previously had intruder alarm installed In property and was charged a monthly ongoing fee which never ends.if you wanted the 24 hours service and technical support
Using TELCAM is cheaper! I am extremely happy with is friendly family run business that has been running for 25 years.

Carlos was very efficient and informative during pre sales process for the cctv requirements for our residential building. Quote was very reasonable. The salesman quoting the job went out his way on a Friday afternoon to come see me and the guys were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and clean. Very happy overall.

A nice looking garage fit out and the business family bonds are far from enough to deliver a professional job when the professional skills and quality parts are missing to deliver a reliable job to secure your high value asset. If those positive feedbacks are genuine then they are left too quickly after the install took place, unless most are faked either way if not left by 'a verified reviewer'.
Telcam are certainly the best at building the great PR image, although beware [Image does not equal Professionalism] always.

John promotes the family bond business image big time but cares least about his job quality, so you may get easily whitewashed all is nice until the problem comes up further down the line :)
Some but not all reasons of concern of Buyer Beware:
1/ TelCam charge the earth but do the trainee job, when you look at where they place the hardware - straight into a thief hands upon stripping the dashboard, a layman may witness for himself so beware to check before they start;
2/ the wiring by TelCam done for my back up battery for the incar DVR was condemned by the professional and started arching due to undersized cabling - hence just on time noted before started a fire, and not be covered by insurance due to a cowboy's install;
3/ the most stupid thing they did - they fitted my Cobra alarm and left the alarm PIN sticker stuck without bothering to change the code and update the owner accordingly that it needs changed upon the install, or least what they could have done with the easy access alarm unit, to tell me to remove the PIN sticker and save for myself. Telcam did not bother;
4/ they refitted the gloves compartment so poorly that it stopped closing but they would not accept the blame, at the end of the day I did not video record all before they started;
5/ they are lazy to weld the connections, they just crimp - from what I heard from professionals 'a good job is a soldered wiring', hence I started trusting the other guys after John failed to locate the problem why my car would not start despite the alarm shows it is disarmed. The loose connections costed lots of money and time, and despite John had a look and could not find his own fault first, Telcam very poor workmanship, see also another 1 star feedback on the same point, Telcam very low attitude to deliver quality, Telcam very poor due dilligence when working on the expensive assets.

If you ever need to take TelCam to court I may witness the above genuine facts with my signature. There were other Cobra alarm fitters by loads better than those amateurs and furthermore lower pricing the same job, just try to give a second shot before going to Telcam, and do not get duped by a nice talk.

Great company. Have been using them for a few years to install, then service our alarm system. Always been prompt and responsive with very good technicians. Would recommend…

Detailed discussion of my requirements which resulted in a well set out and easy to understand quote. System installed quickly and demonstrated/explained in simple layman's terms. All very efficiently done and reasonably priced. I am very happy with the alarm system and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Telcam Security.

I recently had an issue with an alarm at the shop where I work (Mleczko Delikatesy). I called Telcam, and they promptly sent an engineer on the same day. The individual, named Rahul, was very knowledgeable, and he quickly fixed the problem. I want to express my gratitude to Telcam for their prompt service.
