Lost my money and recipient no receive data
I made a mistake and the intended recipient of the data did not receive it. The money was still removed from my card and there was no way for me to speak to someone to correct the issue. The intended recipient didn't get data & I lose money. Ive been using this site for yrs and never have problem but ppl do make simple mistakes and there should be a easy way to fix it. I press MTN and the number isnt affiliated with MTN so where did my $$ go since they no receive data?

Never received 93G of data paid for
Nov 1st I purchased data for my Husband. TelephoneNigeria doesn't have a number to call. I emailed them 4 days ago about the issue they've yet to respond. I had to buy minutes on an app to call Glo, 2 people answered and both hung up on me. At this point I'm not sure what to do. The service has been usually good not problems but this issue is crazy

There is no customer service to assist
There is no customer service to assist. I paid for service on another phone and I am not able to use the line to call or retrieve my money. I sent a message to the customer service department via email and there has been no response. Telephone Nigeria is becoming a scam!
