I typed the wrong number on the account…
I typed the wrong number on the account and someone else is now enjoying the 30 gigs total of what I bought. No correction was made even after sharing all the facts with them. No corrections made so my money is gone, not credited to my fiancés account and MY money was just wasted.

It is indeed frustrating to lose money due to a wrong phone number entered in the online form.
Unfortunately, once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn.

You have an active Nigeria 100 monthly plan, this is why its cost is deducted from your account every 30 days. If you no longer wish to make calls to Nigeria you can cancel it anytime with no penalties.
