In order to call faster, you have the option to add the access number you're calling on your phone's speed dial and only press one digit to call it. Another suggestion that could help you would be to turn off the Voice Prompts feature, so you wouldn't hear your balance whenever you make a call. Or if you have an Android or iOS device, you could use our app called KeepCalling. It will allow you to call your phone contacts directly.

Charges On Calls
Having used you services for many years, I will say that they were great. I have rated your service four star performance because I would like you to review your timing software.. I noticed I was charged for calls that did not go through several times and the rounding up time to the minute is also not fair.
I would suggest timing be rounded up to the next quatter of a minute as against the current minute.
