Don't use this company absolute nightmare, ripped us right off, still waiting for our refund on installation and receipt for materials purchased, sent in unregistered gas safety engineers to cut our gas supply,we invited Peter hawkins, Stanley mcqueen, Matthew mcqueen archie butler and Steven webster to come back to our property to see what has been done but in true templar installation group limited/pmh installation no one wants to know,don't be mislead by there links with homebase. **update still awaiting our invoice from peter hawkins and Matthew mcqueen and refund from archie butler and Steven webster. 12/08/2023 .update Peter we are still awaiting our invoice/ receipts, from the 31st may 2023 when steve and archie walked off the job because i asked them for my receipt for the £850.00 they took from me for materials.if you think what we are saying is untrue and unfounded take us to court to sort this matter out. we have contacted Matthew mcqueen to issue us with a receipt for £2,473.09 for what you are now saying is a admin fee? and not what you told us pre start of works ,we would rather do this privately, but as you refuse to take our calls and do not reply to our latest emails,this seems to be the only way to get a response from you.
Also it would be irresponsible for anyone not to report any person who has touched the gas supply especially one who is unregistered with the gas safety registry.

At least they turned up most of the time but that's about it. Kitchen installation carried out very badly, .

Peter and the team at Templar have been hard to work with, uncommunicative and unreliable.

Our kitchen re-fit started on March 14th and as of 9th July it's still not finished and Templar are still holding funds hostage after pressuring us into overpaying more than was reasonable in the early stages of the project.

Templar were very keen to get the job started, very keen to get themselves paid, but then just hand out the work to subcontractors who are as unreliable as they are. Here we are almost 4 months later and no one wants to take responsibility for the work outstanding.

The actual quality of the work is good, we don't have any major complaints with the work that's been carried out, it just should never take this long.

EDIT:

We're in contact with Peter and we appreciate that he's trying to do right by us and rectify the situation now. Will update this review pending the outcome of those discussions.

FINAL EDIT:

Peter has worked hard to make things right and done right by us. I understand a lot of our original complaints were due to the fitter Templar used, rather than Templar themselves. We’ve been fully reimbursed the outstanding amounts and based on this I’m editing my review from 3 to 5 as Peter has gone out of his way to make things right on the behalf of others.

1.5 years after the kitchen has been installed and it’s all holding up nicely!
