Best and flexible to take tenride
Good communication and clear instructions

Everything else was good but the refreshment kit that was promised was never given throughout the trip and the driver didn't know much about where to take us.

There was some last minute itinerary changes because of the traffic and we missed 2 places from the list but other than that everything was good! Everything was well arranged, thank you for a great experience.

My trip very comfort and smooth with the help of Tenride.

The planning of trip, the car and the driver and the stays were really good. There is always room for improvement and for that I would suggest the team to have a better internal communication.

I booked my trip through this agency and the overall experience was really good. Everything was well-organized and the execution was smooth.

The homestay they arranged for us was comfortable and exactly as described, the driver they assigned was professional, polite, and knew the routes well, and all the places included in the itinerary were covered without any issues. The entire journey went hassle-free, which I truly appreciate.

The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a couple of miscommunications regarding payment.
Initially, I was informed to pay 50% in advance, which was completely fine. However, on the night of our arrival, while we were still in the bus and doing a late check-in, the team called asking for 50% of the remaining amount before check-in, stating that the hotel was following up with them.

After that, different team members conveyed different instructions — one said payment wasn’t required until check-in was completed, another said it was fine to pay later, and then someone else called again apologizing for the confusion and confirmed that payment was indeed needed before check-in.

Although it was resolved professionally with an apology, it did create some temporary confusion during travel.

That said, the team handled it politely and took responsibility, and everything else from stay to transport and planning was excellent.

I would definitely recommend them, especially if you’re looking for a smoothly planned trip experience. Just a small improvement in internal communication would make them even better.

I booked a tour package to Chikkamaglur from bangalore.I had a worst experience.. Whatever tenride has assured to provide like hotel, pass, breakfast etc., nothing was provided...They charged 20k in advance...They gave us mental trauma during the trip...I want my refund for whatever was not provided...I have the hotel images which I want to attach to show all.

The company was fully in conversation with us till they got the full amount of payment,once they got they didn't got in conversation with us and regarding trip the driver was very good and humble and the driver made good attempt to provide us good service related to various places.

And driver was friendly and co operative and he covered all the places in the given time period,
And ten ride managed the toy train for us which day we have requested thank you had a great time.

It was a nice experience. Driver was very good. He has given very good service. However suspension of car was not good. Engine was producing lot of noise. And pickup was very poor.
Overall it was a good experience. Stay arrangement was good.
