The shoes I ordered took 17 BUSINESS DAYS (24 calendar days) to arrive. When it had been 2 weeks and they hadn’t even shipped yet I messaged and asked if I could possibly cancel the order. “No, sorry.” Awesome.

Completed an order for gifts. Received 2 items out of 3 after several follow ups. Never received the third item almost 3 months after ordering. After sending several emails to their support (5 or 6) I never got a response and have never received the items. Lastly, you can not tell that this site is international and the items come from China! This was identified after the order was placed and the shipping information was seen. Never order from this company!!

Do not buy from this site! They completely hid that they are in Turkey and say you can return anything, but it will cost you as much to return the product, which is not cashmere and is itchy and ill fitting. I should have looked it up! Don't make the same mistake as I did!

I didn't know that the shoes I ordered were from Turkey and I can't send them back now. They don't fit, but the biggest problem is that they smell really bad, like some horrible chemical. The material is not leather In not sure what it is!

Terrible site! Scam! I ordered a cashmere hat and what I received and what they pictured were night and day. I had a feeling so I tried to cancel my order that day but they still processed my order and I received the low quality hat. I’ve been back and forth with customer service who take two weeks to respond and told me I needed to cover return shipping costs to Turkey. Terrible!!! This site should be taken down and stop scamming people

I purchased a jacket from this company back in the beginning of December, and it took 20 days to be delivered. I realized that they were not providing shipping updates and tried to cancel my order, but they told me I would need to wait until I received the item in order to get a refund. The jacket was the wrong size and wrong color. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they told me I could keep the jacket and receive a 30% refund, exchange it, or do a full refund; however, they did not provide a shipping label, and when I went to ship it back on my own, the shipping cost was more than half of what the jacket itself cost. I notified customer service and stated that I would like the partial refund instead if they were not willing to provide a shipping label, and they have failed to respond despite multiple attempts. Terra House is an extremely poorly run company and I would not recommend buying anything from them.

These thieves stole and cash 66.98 Euro but have not sent my purchase. If you send correspondence which is based in the US but purchased items come from China.you will not get a reply
If anyone reads this stay totally clear of this outlet it a scam and will be reported

This company is a complete scam- do not order from them!! I purchased a coat around Christmas- it arrived 3 weeks later from an oversees shipping company and is the thinnest, cheapest thing ever. Literally such bad quality I was shocked. I emailed them to ask how to return for a refund and they emailed back once with a list of options, including that I could recieve a 15% refund and keep the coat or mail it back for a full refund if I paid shipping. I elected to mail it back but when inquired about a return address they never responded. I have sent probably 5 more emails since and left a voicemail and have received no responses. I have a feeling this is how they operate- send cheap clothes then never respond so you can't return. Please beware and don't buy anything from this business!

Horrible customer service. Echowood clock is a piece of junk that does not even work. They only offered 50% off refund.

Garbage! I ordered the cashmere hat and it was definitely not cashmere. Very regretful of this purchase. I reached out to inquire about return policy and was told i could keep it and they would send me 50% of $ back. I opted for that since the return process was complicated. Needless to say, i have not seen a refund of any kind, even though i've sent multiple emails. Horrible product and horrible company. I wish i read the reviews before buying. BTW, the hat was $40.00!!

This is absolute fraud. I ordered a wool coat, which turned out to be 95% polyester and 5% cotton. A DISASTER. I shouldn’t even have to return this i should have refund my money immediately. Scammers.

It's a scam. I never got my package which shipped early December. We are 7 weeks later, and it is still not here. No one returned my calls, or even answered my emails. I had to contact my credit card to fight the charge.

I was supposed to receive premium leather shoes with the label "Hand Made." What I received were cheap synthetic shoes labeled "fashion shoes". What a joke. The product took weeks to get from China, even though it looks like a US based company. I asked for a refund and they offered to give 50% back w/o returning the product. All scam indications.

Terra House makes profit assuming you won't request a chargeback with your credit card company. You are under no obligation to pay for a return with these scam companies, just request the chargeback.

We ordered a men’s medium shirt (according to their sizing) for our granddaughter’s wedding four months ago expecting it would get here in plenty enough time for us to look into other options if this didn’t work out. Three and a half months in advance in this day and age seems a fair assumption.
We tried emailing, and calling several times and after receiving no answer we finally gave up. We finally sent an email asking them to cancel the order.
The wedding was two weeks ago and the shirt finally arrived. It had an extra large tag on it but looked quite small. My husband who is slim built and not quite 6 ft tall couldn’t even button the shirt let alone the sleeve was a 3/4 length. To top it off it was stained!
This company is garbage.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Do not waste your money and do not give them any air to breathe.

Update: the package finally arrived after over 5 weeks. I ordered size L, I received 2XL. When I contacted the company, they offered a discount for me to keep the item. No way. It's going back.

There's no option for 0 *, so I had to give 1 to post a review. I ordered a jacket for my child in mid-December. The status was changed to "processed" after 3 days and the tracking said it would be available when the carrier received it. I knew it was coming from overseas, so this didn't surprise me.

I checked back again later in December and was told they were behind with the holidays but it would be shipped soon.

I checked again last week. From what I can see, the package is still with the shipper. Not the carrier, the shipper. I was again told it would be shipped soon.

We have essentially given up and ordered a different jacket from another company last weekend. It has already been delivered.

I contacted yet again this week explaining that since it has taken so long for the item to actually leave the shipper, I want to cancel the order immediately and have a refund issued. Unfortunately, purchase was made with a debit card so I think I'm screwed.

No response. I'm continuing to follow-up every day with the same message.

This is a scam. Do not use!

Scammers! Buyer beware!! Ordered over a month ago!! They gave me FAKE TRACKING! And they refuse to respond to emails!!!!

My niece sent me a link to a jacket she wanted for Christmas. I placed the order on November 30, 2025 from what the website represented as a US based company in North Carolina. The tracking sent to me showed that they didn't process and ship my order until December 16th. It was finally delivered on January 1, 2026, way too late for Christmas. To add insult to injury, the jacket price was jacked up for the holidays and is now $10 cheaper. But even worse is that they sent an extra large despite my placing the order for a size medium. When I contacted them for return instructions, they had the audacity to require that I send a photo proving that they sent the wrong size. Since sending the photo, I have received no reply. I will be reversing the charge with my credit card company.

Also be advised that their reviews appear to be fake. There doesn't seem to be any way to leave a real review on their products or services.

I ordered a pair of ‘leather’ boots on December 8th. They did not arrive until December 30th. They were not leather and the cheapest plastic looking and smelling pair of shoes. Customers must pay postage for returns to get a full refund which I will do. DO NOT USE this website for any purchase.

Boo! Premium leather my @$$. Vinyl. And the sizing is way off. No response to my request to return still after five days. SCAM!
