Never received my order. Never received any response on my email.

Very slow shipping and poor communication. Ordered boots over 3 weeks before Christmas and received them after Christmas and they were poorly made.

Awful. I ordered a winter coat 9 weeks ago and it has never arrived. Tracking shows it in same place since week 2. Not to be trusted. Please don’t waste your time or money!

I ordered 2 lamps nearly a month ago. They won’t return my phone calls and finally responded with a tracking number that makes no sense. I would never order from this company. Next step—get my credit card to get reimbursement.

Plastic shoes, turned up with a broken zipper and the ankle area in the boot is so narrow they can't do up. No response to my complaints...absolute rip off. DON'T DO IT!!

I ordered 3 items. Only one item was correct. Now they want to make me pay to return the product. The quality is terrible as well.

I am trying to return some shoes that do not fit. I chatted with someone, I left my phone # about 5 times and no one has called me back. After my chat they told me to call a # and when I called they said that was not the right place to call. I have never had this much trouble with a company to return an item.

I bought the Selene ankle boot. They did not look like as advertised. The sole and boot both seem like they are made from rubber and smell funny. It took about 1 month for them to arrive. Don't fall for the pretty pictures like I did!

TEREA HOUSE CO is an absolute scam. They claim to handle returns via email, but after I requested a refund, they replied once with a list of options and then ignored all my follow-up emails. I’ve emailed them multiple times over many weeks with no response. Do not buy from Terra House!! Buy from credible companies.

This is a Temu-like store, same quality but for more money. Saw a few Facebook ads and decided to give it a shot.

Bought four of their Harlan Shorts - the sewing is terrible, really low quality. The fabric looks nothing like they show on their website.

It's genuinely terrible. Took two weeks to deliver from China.

Ive orderd twice from this brand and both times I have been surprised with the quality of the items. I usually don't buy from brands I don't know, but I couldn't resist with how stylish their clothing collections are. The jackets I ordered are super comfortable and look and feel like they are worth much more than I paid. I would give them 5 stars, but one of the jackets did not fit properly, so unfortunately I had to do an exchange.

The 1987 Suede Sneakers are some of the most comfortable sneakers I've worn. Usually suede or leather sneakers are not very comfortable and offer no breathability, but the 1987's from Terra House have amazing breathability. They are very lightweight as well so you can wear them all day without even noticing them. The quality of the shoes overall is excellent and I wouldn't be surprised if they lasted a very long time.

I had an issue with my order, a mistake on my end I ordered the wrong size. Luckily I caught it before the product shipped so I reached out to their support email and the response time was amazing. They edited my order and had the correct size on the way in just a few hours. The support team was super understanding and cooperative. I would buy from Terra House again solely for the fact that they take care of their customers no matter what.

Terra House is where I've bought some of my favorite clothing items. I got a pair of suede loafers that are insanely comfortable and feel like they are worth 3 times the price I paid. Not only that, the packaging was pretty good as well, and came with a thank you card with a discount code. I used that to buy a couple sweaters that were just as good as the loafers.

Unfortunately I had to return the items I bought because they didn't fit. I really liked the clothes but the sizing was a bit off. I recommend if you buy from them to get a size larger than usual since I think they run a bit small. Luckily the customer support team was very responsive and happy to help me with the return, which made the experience much better.

I've ordered twice from Terra House now and have been satisfied each time. Their sunglasses collection is fantastic. I bought a pair of the Solis Shades and loved them so much that I had to go back and buy another color. You can clearly tell the quality and attention to detail they put in their products.
