Customer service has been great with the communication and although the outcome was not the one I had hoped for I think I was given an opportunity that is better for the long run. I’ve been having my TK-01 for 4 years now and been enjoying every cup of freshly ground coffee, and so has each guest I’ve offered a cup of espresso. Currently considering getting the DeMi which I think is very sleek and will not disappoint with the taste of coffee made in it.

Received my new TK-02 last week and I'm obsessed! The espresso tastes delicious and I'm enjoying my Americano every morning with ease! I recommend every coffee lover to own this machine! Also, I had an issue with the time on my machine and I reached out to customer service and received a very quick response and was able to fix the problem! Thank you TK!

I bought a TK-01 quite a while ago and loved how well it worked. When the Terra Kaffe TK-02 was announced, I was intrigued by all the new features; most notably the ability to access the water tank and pod disposable unit from the front of the machine. I purchased a TK-02 and couldn't be happier. It is a great machine with lots of features. I gave my TK-01 to my son. It was working fine, but then developed a problem. I went through the troubleshooting tips, but could not get it working, so I called Terra Kaffe technical support. After going over all the steps I did to correct the issue, it was determined that it was not repairable in the field. Even though it was way out of warranty, they offered me several options, such as sending it in for repair for a set fee, that included all shipping, both ways; purchasing a refurbished TK-01, including all shipping; or a discount on either a new Nano or TK-02. The prices were very reasonable, and I choose the refurbished TK-01 option. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The tech support representative kept me in the loop via email throughout the whole process. The refurbished unit arrived and it looks just like a new machine. I am very happy with the company and how they support their product.

I preordered the milk frother because it had a matcha setting. One, they did not communicate with us about delays until after I reached out to them asking about it, as I was leaving town and wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be delivered while I was away from home. Based on that experience, I expected that they would give me zero updates. I eventually saw that "late July" was the time it would be shipped. Last week, I checked the website, and I saw that people were posting reviews. But I hadn't received a package. I checked my email, including my spam, and my Shop app. No communication. No tracking numbers. Nothing. I assumed it was not going to be delivered and that I would have to contact them again this week about my missing order.

Today, I went outside to get a delivery, and I discovered a completely waterlogged surprise package from Terra Kaffe. This was not there yesterday when I went outside to get some thyme to put on my potatoes for dinner, so I'm assuming it was delivered in the middle of the night. We had torrential rain this morning. I still don't have any evidence in my Shop account of a tracking number. The package came apart in my hands as I was holding it. The base on this frother says DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER, so I'm too afraid to use it because the electronics could be fried, even though the plastic did provide some protection from the disintegrating packaging. Like ... it was dripping all over my floor as I was carrying the crumbling bits and pieces to my trash can. This is unacceptably bad communication. I will never order from this company again, and I urge everyone reading this to understand that they are spending money with a company that does not have itself together enough to actually inform customers about when orders will arrive.

I had a question regarding my recent Terra Kaffe order and Janna was super responsive and helpful. Aside from loving my new Demi machine, I loved the custom service Janna provided.

My wife and I were early buyers of the TK-01, and after several years of enthusiastic use + great coffee, it finally bit the dust this year.

I reached out to TerraKaffe support for potential repair (even though I was out of warantee,) and their support team was fantastic - we had a full discussion and aligned on a solution I was happy with within 24 hours.

Highly recommend!

Luis in particular was extremely helpful. He took the time to troubleshoot my issue. Escalated it to another team for more opinions and ultimately facilitated a replacement unit for me, free of charge, and even covered the shipping of my original unit back to them.

I’m sure my issue was some sort of software bug, but the machine was still producing fantastic coffee, as is the refurbished replacement I was sent.

Very responsive along the way and always polite. Absolute pleasure of an experience made better by the fact that I’m jaded from not receiving service this good so often, I went into the process assuming I’d be treated poorly and not ultimately be satisfied with the outcome . Could not have been further from the truth!

I had an issue with my terra kaffe machine. I reached out to customer service, provided the requested information easily online and a representative contacted me very quickly to help with my issue. Additionally, their help fixed and resolved the problem quickly. Very appreciative to have a responsive team.

I am second owner to the terre kaffe tk-01 . I’ve had nothing but excellent coffee . Doing my normal cleaning this Sunday a part in the grinder had broke . Immediately going online on a Sunday the company reached back out to me within hours reassuring me my part will ship asap ! I can’t wait to definelty upgrade one day to the tk-02 . Thank you for making my mornings so much better !

So much mold. Is there any way to add pictures? It’s so terrible. And there’s no way to return the machine. It started a couple months after purchase.

So our household, we drink a lot of coffee, I mean a lot of coffee. The Terra Kaffe Demi has met the challenge, when faced with a customer service need, the company responded quickly and efficiently, showing a care for their customers and standing behind their product! This has saved money from not needing to go to coffee houses daily.

The Demi is my 2nd machine from Terra Kaffe. Loved the TK-1 and wanted something more compact. Demi does not disappoint! Customer service is super responsive to any problems. I recently made an error and removed brewer and they sent me easy to follow instructions right away. Friends and family love making their coffee at my house!

As an early adopter, my family and I have grown to love the TK-02 for the fantastic variety of coffee it makes—so much so that going without it felt impossible. When our original unit ran into a issue, our extended warranty provider issued a full refund. However, prices had nearly doubled since our initial purchase, which put us in a tough spot.
I reached out to their customer support team, and they were incredible. They offered to discount a new TK-02 to match our warranty payout. I’m thrilled with how generously and efficiently they handled everything. We can’t wait for our new machine to arrive!

We received our Demi promptly after ordering and we absolutely love the machine. We use it everyday and have had multiple people staying with us use it as well. The verdict is unanimous- this makes phenomenal espresso and is so easy to use (we have also owned a Jura). The icing on the cake is that we ordered some supplies but there were some issues with shipping. After reaching out, everything was resolved easily, quickly and completely. Special kudos to Feder for taking care of everything. I can’t ask for more from a company- great product, great service.

I researched several Jura models before purchasing the TK-02 -- now using the TK-02 for some time, I realize I made the right choice. Espresso customization for each drink is a real bonus!

Had some challenges with a supply order for my TK-02. Such a great unit. The support team did a great job of helping me and resolving the issue very quickly to help me get the unit running optimally. They did exactly what I needed and didn't hesitate to make it happen. Great product and great team!

Had a water filter shipment get lost in the mail. Reached out to Terra Kaffe and they were so responsive! Sent me a new one quickly and followed up to make sure I received it. Excellent Customer Service!

I recently purchase the Terra Kaffe Demi, as I did not have the need for a dairy component to my coffee routine.

Man, what a beautifully-engineered machine it is.

The attention to detail on keeping the device simplistic, but elegant in clear. From the simple things like drawer functionality and mechanical serviceability to important customization powered through the menu/nob.

Best of all: the coffee - whether espresso-oriented or drip - tastes fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

I decided to give Terra Kaffe a shot and started renting the Demi about 11 days ago. So far, I am very pleased with the company and the machine. The shipment was very quick, and the machine is incredibly easy to use. I still have to figure out the perfect grinder settings, but so far I am very impressed! I also contacted their customer service, and the reply was super quick and efficient!

I am an owner of a Terra Kaffe TK-02, and I have been very impressed with the functionality of the coffee machine since I’ve gotten it. Any issues I have had with it was handled by the service representative, and they followed up many times when I was unresponsive showing their commitment to customer service.
