Terry Costa Reviews

The dress was available for immediate shipping. This dress could not be located anywhere but Terry Costa! It was here within two days. It was perfect !

I Ordered my daughters dress on line and Christina the Outreach a director was so amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to ensure that my daughters dress arrived on time. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received!

Very disappointed that the website showed the dress in stock. We even tried using the chat option to verify but never received a response. After we spent over $1,000 on the dress, I received an email that the dress was not in stock and offering me other options. We didn’t want the other options and had been looking for that particular dress only. I had to have them cancel the order, at which time I was told that the money would likely not be back in my acct for about a week. The dress was needed for a pageant and there will not be time to order a new one once the funds are finally back in my acct.

THIS DRESS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! It fits perfectly, the embroidery on it is incredible and I could not be happier with the product.

My daughter loves her prom dress! Other stores did not have it in stock. Terry Costa had in a size '00'. They immediately sent me an email and delivered promptly. Had to get it altered (made for very tall girls). Other than that, stunning.

Fantastic online shopping experience with beautiful dresses, express delivery and easy method of return request. Excellent customer service with prompt answers to questions!

Amazing service, dress was perfect! Always happy with the customer service offered at Terry Costa!

I called to ask about sizing and everyone was very nice

I loved the dress and how it looks I loved the way I felt in it even more.

I love that i got my dress extremely fast, which gives me time to get it altered to fit me perfectly and still be able to wear it to prom in time! love it!

Joey Lanza is the man!!!
I cannot say enough about my experience shopping at Terry Costa because of this gentleman.
He is knowledgeable, professional, genuine, helpful, positive, patient, kind, complimentary, and understanding.
I spent hours shopping for a mother of dress, had gone to 2 other big name stores, also I am 55 yrs young and have done plenty of shopping in my life to be able to compare. There just isn't a comparison. The store is clean, Most everyone friendly. They have an amazing selection, but Joey made the difference. Sincerely, KS.

We ordered a Sherri Hill prom dress and it arrived to Missouri in 3 days! The dress was hung in plastic wrap & carefully folded in a box in perfect condition! We also received a phone call 2 days after arrival to make sure it was in perfect condition. This is our 2nd time ordering from TC. REMARKABLE customer service! THANK YOU TERRY COSTA & EMPLOYEES!!!
