The service was prompt and the follow-up was outstanding!

My daughter found a dress for her senior prom on Instagram that I could not locate anywhere. After searching across America, Canada, and even England, I found it at Terry Costa. I ordered two sizes to make sure we got the right fit and received it promptly in beautiful condition (I live in Colorado). I was able to return the size that didn't fit without any problem. Great experience!

We are beyond amazed with the level of customer service we received from Terry Costa!! Our event is two weeks away and we found ourselves needing a dress at the last minute. I was very hesitant to order a dress online, so I contacted the store to confirm the details before ordering. They went the extra mile to explain the details of the dress and advise on sizing. We received the dress two days earlier than promised, it fits perfectly and is beautiful. Thank you so much for all of your help and prompt service!!!!

I am a size 00 - 000 and this is the only store that I have tried on dresses and have all of them fit. Najwa found my PERFECT dress and made it so much easier.

My daughter selected two Sherry Hill prom dresses she wanted to try and Terry Costa was the only online boutique with these dresses that also provided a refund, not a store credit, for returns on online purchases - HUGE plus. The dresses shipped from the Sherry Hill warehouse with the incorrect address, delivered to the wrong house (not the fault of Terry Costa). When I reached out to Terry Costa and spoke with Christina she was not only able to locate where the dresses were delivered but was extremly pleasant and responsive - thank you, Christina. And yes, I did receive a refund for the dress we returned, less a restocking fee, as appropriate. I highly recommend Terry Costa.

My daughter and I came in to Terry Costa she had a specific dress she was looking for we assumed it would be size 4 but when she tried it on it was way too big we tried on a size 2 and it was still too big as a lady name TAJWA heard us talking about the dress being too big and she said I’ll get you the right fit. She came back with the perfect fit dress. I would recommend everyone requesting this wonderful, amazing, beautiful woman when you come in to search for the most beautiful dress you could possibly find.

We are so thankful we found this Instagram page. We looked everywhere locally and even traveled 4 hours to find a specific Sherri Hill Prom dress. Nobody had it in stock and they could not order it from the Sherri Hill website to be here in time for her Prom. We found the dress she wanted on the Terry Costa website and received it within 3 days. It was carefully packaged and was perfect when we received it. I would definitely recommend Terry Costa for your formal event!

I came in not exactly sure what I wanted, but Natalie C was so much help! Every time I mentioned something I did or didn’t like about a dress she would immediately come back with dresses that fit my criteria!

I bought this dress for my daughter for prom and the shopping experience was great. The online ordering was easy and the shipping was super fast. I only wished it would have come with a garment bag for the dress or gave me an option to purchase one. All in all; I would order from the Terry Costa site again.
