Really smooth, really easy, really quick. Couldn’t ask for more.

Had to have a zoom meeting but there were problems with the sound. There is no phone number so had to submit a query which I marked Urgent. They responded quite quickly and another zoom call was set up. After completing all the tests, you have to submit the results and they send you a “certificate”. There is no scanning code on the certificate & therefore it is quite a hassle trying to submit it to VeriFLY, needs to be simplified.

Very quick and easy to test, used lateral flows for fit to fly. Had the results back with certificate 10 minutes after testing at 11pm on a Saturday night - brilliant service! Website was a bit slow when activating kit but I assume that was the sheer volume of traffic.

This was a very easy and straightforward process that camn be done at home. The turaround of the fit to fly certificate was almost immediate

The service provided by TFA is very good. The supervised Lateral flow test was carried out according to schedule.

However, now you don't have any possible telephone contact. That is BAD. There are some situations where being able to talk to someone over the phone is important due to possible complications in the requirements by the immigration authorities, namely the USA Immigration Service.

I paid for lateral test. I activated my kit. Easy. But I didn't get any result, result was loading and loading. Never loaded. Rubish

The website was not working all morning, we try for over 2 hours.
There is no phone number for support and after complaining via email we got an answer mentioning that they were doing some essential maintenance on the website.
The email is answered from 9am, no help outside office hours.
Very stressful when needed a fit to fly certificate.
Use another provider that can get the basic right!

I used this service for fit to fly testing. Website clear, test arrived promptly, instructions clear, HOWEVER the test was dodgy and the result was void. They simply sent an automated message saying the result was void with no follow up. This is unacceptable when they are providing a service which is necessary to allow people to take flights.
There is no customer service phone number and, more than 20mins later, I still have heard nothing back having requested an urgent phone call. It is almost the end of their working day.
They need a rapid and reliable process for dealing with void tests and appear not to have one.

The testing kit arrived promptly, the appointment was on time, the supervisor was friendly and helpful in explaining the procedure, and the test certificate arrived very quickly.

Got great service in the beginning but the last two samples have had to be repeated... due to logistics, one sample took 4 days to reach the lab and this time 3 days. Had high confidence in the beginning with great turnaround but Royal Mail 24hr service doesn't appear to be resilient or up to the job.

I had a bit of trouble getting into the meeting but once in the service was impeccable. Friendly, efficient and the results came through in double quick time. Thanks Nitya

Fantastic experience easy to do and very quick with no stress waiting for the results to be sent to me I would highly recommend using it again.
