Efficient &helpful

I've tried to use Testing for All on three occasions and have been consistently disappointed. If you're wondering why I kept coming back - Some of the team are former colleagues. I wanted to show my support their efforts, and assumed the initial issues were startup woes.

On my first order, the Day 2 Tests came late. Testing for All had only posted them a day prior to my arrival (also landing on a bank holiday weekend) even though I had placed the order two weeks in advance. As a result, I had to find another provider in order to exit isolation at the time - otherwise I would've been waiting for several more days.

I tried again the following month, also Day 2 test to release and also international travel home, and the kits arrived on time. However, my husbands result didn't come through. We had to get a test done for him at the airport - even though both of our tests were posted at the same time and mine was processed.

This month, we ordered two supervised lateral flow tests - also for international travel. There is no indication during the purchase process that Testing for All now only operates these supervisions within very limited windows - until you actually go to book the test. I even activated the kit yesterday, to make sure it was ok, and was presented with a very different screen - that didn't provide an option to book for today. Again - these supervision windows are not indicated clearly on the website, in the confirmation email, when you activate - and not even in the email you receive when the kit is activated. Instead, it simply explains, "Ready? Join video call." There is also no option to book in advance when you order/receive/activate the test, which seems entirely logical to me.

For those seeking clarity on their current supervision windows, "The telemedicine team operate 7 days a week, between the hours of 10 am-12 noon and 2 pm-4 pm."

The whole supervised LFT process worked perfectly and I received the results witin an hour.

I was worrying about the online test. The operator was slightly late (which was a bit stressful) but everything went smoothly and quick. We got our certificates soon after the tests were finished.

Easy process, quick zoom call, results back in a few minutes.

Easy and fast. Needed a test to travel home to the US. They shipped the test to my hotel within 24 hours, made it easy to have a in-person verified test via zoom and formally verified my test within one hour.

The supervised antigen test on Zoom worked fine. And the emails I had sent in advance of the test asking how to upload the photo of the test result were all answered. But when it came time to upload the photo of my test result, this would not work, either on my phone or my MAC laptop (the Testing for All app did not work as is should have). My son-in-law was here and took a photo on his phone and uploaded it using the app on his phone, which worked as it should. Then an email notification from Testing for All saying that the test certificate was available arrived, but the when I tried to get into the app again to see the results, the app would not work, either on my phone or my MAC laptop. I was told the test hadn't been activated from the same account, which it had been. Fortunately, Testing for All also sent me an email with the test certificate as an attachment, which I was able to print. And if my son-in-law had not been here to upload the photo on his phone, Testing for All had told me in advance that I could send it to them as an attachment in an email, together with my order number. It turned out in the end but did not work as it should have. Very bad experience, despite all my efforts in advance to make sure this would work as it should.

Even though they may not be the cheapest…they are professional in their approach, fill you with confidence and have a calming manner, which is beneficial during this “testing” time. Would recommend and use again
