Ordered months ago and still nothing!
Item has been shipped apparently. Scammers all the way

Massive bunch of Scammers. Ordered Harry potter package in April and now it's June. I've emailed them heaps and no response. I wish I would have checked reviews before I ordered but I never thought this would happen.

Scam ordered a hoodie and hogwarts package in March emailed several times with no reply feeling stupid total scam.

Stinking service never recieved item no customer service avoid people like the plague!!!

10 weeks my son has waited for his Hogwarts parcel and hes still not received it. Sent 6 emails and no reply. Annoyed I didnt see any of these reviews or I wouldnt have placed an order. Seems everyone has been scammed. Will be going into the bank to claim his pocket money back - awful service awful company - DO NOT BUY FROM

Placed an order months ago. Received an email a month ago saying it would be delivered in 3-5 days but nothing. Not replying to emails.

Total Scam. Ordered hogwarts package months ago. Was told it was dispatched. Never received. Have emailed numerous times. No response. Don't waste your money

I agree with everyone else. No star rating!!! I order the Harry Potter Hogwarts Acceptance Package months ago and have written them at least 5 times with no response. No phone number to call and complain. What a joke.

Not worth even a single star, I live in U.S and ordered from them in March, the payment went through and its June now didn’t receive anything. I wrote to their customer support several times but they won’t even write back with an update. This is a total scam.

Feeling like a mug now! Note to self : Always check trust pilot. Same story, ordered and paid based on glowing Facebook reviews which are obviously fake. Had email with dispatch notification but order never arrived. All emails completely ignored. Feeling angry and will also report to Trading Standards as I suggest you all do!

Ordered the Hogwarts package for a birthday present at the beginning of April (birthday was May 5th) with plenty of time for delivery & still haven't recieved it. I have sent numerous emails and have had no replies to any on them.

I wish I had seen all these messages prior to ordering. I like everyone else has obviously been scammed. Has anyone managed to get a refund?

Wouldn't even give them 1 star....Complete rip off!!!E-mailed me telling me that the item had been dispatched....still waiting no reply to numerous e-mails sent...

I ordered the Hogwarts package in January. I have sent 17 emails and I have received no response and no package. THIS IS A SCAM. Walk away.

Ordered 2 months ago still no order, I chased the order to be told it will be with me in 10 days still no order, asked for a refund no reply so angry

I ordered an item 2 months ago. I received dispatched notice on 14th May stating 3-5 working days delivery time in the UK. It has been over two weeks and I have email three times in the last week to ask for an update but received no reply. I'm beyond angry because it was a gift my my sisters birthday!

So disappointed in this company ordered from them months ago and still not received my item nor have I had any response from them in regards to it. Just a dispatch email that was sent beginning of may. I say AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
