Absolute scam.

Ordered the hogwarts acceptance package for the kids. Email confirming it had arrived... It's most certainly not.
I've written several emails, which go unanswered. I've tried calling 17076703040 which is apparently the US hotline, this is now a disconnected number.

Much like all the other 1 star reviews. I've never been duped before, but there's a first time for everything.

Ordered 2 months ago and haven't had a confirmation or anything. Pretty shattered, never fallen for a scam. How do these people sleep at night? Just want what I ordered or my money back.

I ordered The Ultimate Hogwarts Acceptance Package in May and have only gotten the purchase confirmed mail, I never recieved the shipping mail. I have written to them several times and have not yes gotten a respons. I never thought I would fall for a scam like this, but apparently I did. I feel so disgusted that a company can do that to their customers. DISGUSTING!!!

I've been trying to get them to respond to me for over two months now, on an order I never received. I've never fallen for such an outright scam, but they are AWFUL. Never, never buy from them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A HARRY POTTER SET LAST YEAR DECEMBER AND RECEIVED A SHIPMENT E-MAIL IN MARCH STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS AND HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER BE SCAMMED BY A LOW LIFE AGAIN. THANKS FOR GETTING MY SONS HOPES UP.

Bought the Harry Potter set from here, thinking that even if it takes a couple of months it’d be great. That was four months ago now. Lots of emails sent to follow up and received no replies.

Ordered on 1st March and got a dispatch email (after lots of emails enquiring about it’s whereabouts) on 14th May almost 11 weeks after ordering. Still not here 5 weeks later so looking like it’s a lost cause.

Don’t buy anything from here. I was fooled by the odd okay review saying it just takes ages, but it’s just a scam so don’t bother.

I'd like to congratulate "That lovely store" on getting me to sign up to Trustpilot -- this is probably the first time I've fallen for such an outright scam.

The other 1-star comments here are all very familiar -- order the "Hogwarts" gift for a birthday present, claimed to have dispatched the order over a month after it was placed, and over a month after that it still hasn't been received, no communication from the company, complaints to them are ignored.

The 4-star & 5-star reviews here seem to be fake.

ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "STORE" If you do immediately call your bank to dispute a refund

Ordered the Harry Potter acceptance package on March 17th, they said it was shipped on May 14th. It is now June 16th and I have still not received my package I’m pretty sure it’s a scam at this point.... I don’t understand how people can still be getting away with this kind of nonsense.

Another one conned by the Harry Potter acceptance letter. Ordered on the 21st March, wasn’t shipped until 10th May, and now on 17th June I have still not received anything. I have sent two emails and heard nothing. Starting to accept I have probably been scammed. Don’t waste your money.

Update: Well it has been over a year, and as of 18 May 2020 I have not received anything. Site no longer exists and email address is now invalid.

This place is A Con and I am going to report it. Do not exchange any Money

I feel like all of the 3-5 star reviews must be fake because I ordered in February, I finally got an email in the beginning of May saying that it was shipped. It is mid-June and still nothing. I have been waiting for 4 months. I get that it wasn't expensive but still 4 months is ridiculous. I am going to give it til the end of June and then I'm calling my bank and reporting it as fraud.

My daughter asked me to get it for her and paid for it using her allowance, she asks every day if it came yet. The disappointment on her face breaks my heart. I gave her back her money but she was still looking forward to it

Total scam! They take your money and you never receive your order!

Ordered in April, had the dispatch e-mail come through in may saying it would be 3-5 working days, but still nothing and we are in June. I have tried to contact many times via e-mail, but never had a response.

Ordered the Harry potter pack and have had nothing apart from a dispatch email.

Ordered Harry Potter letter back in March. Got an email advising dispatch early May, contacted them 2 weeks ago to advise this has not been received and have had no response. Avoid at all costs clearly unreliable.

Aboslute scam. Back in October 2018 I ordered the Harry Potter Acceptance Package via their advert on Facebook. I received an “item dispatched” email in March 2019 saying that my item will arrive in 3-5 days. It is now June 2019 and I have still not received my item, nor have I had any reply to my several emails. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.

Edit* 03/08/19 I raised a dispute through my credit card company. I had to provide evidence that I had tried contacting That Lovely Store. My credit card company have reimbursed me at their own expense.

I ordered the acceptance letter package as a birthday gift for a co-worker back towards the end of March, received an e-mail saying it was shipped in May only after several e-mails stating I have yet to receive my order. As of today I have not received it and no longer receive replies to my e-mails from "customer service". Total scam. Try to order something nice to get screwed, even if it's just $8, my coworker would have loved it!. SCAM!
