Have a regular 2 monthly subscription with them, which means I never have to worry about reordering the products. I think this is a great service.

Great Customer Service
I have bought three pairs of Thin Optics Readers from The Body Doctor over the last four years (excellent emergency glasses by the way). The last pair, bought in June 2024 started to get some scratches from the inside of the case which was not good. I emailed Body Doctor and Kay responded the next day. They have replaced the glasses and case already and are using the photos I sent in to report back to the manufacturer.
Great service and a superb reaction from Body Doctor. Many thanks, I will definately be using you again.

Excellent Customer Service and Product (s)
I ordered two products from Body doctor. Both to supplement my contact lenses.
I ordered reading glasses to help with small print. I ordered from their THIN OPTICS RANGE Ordered the very cute and useable/functional Thin Optics Reading Glasses and Case these are the glasses that fit on the end of your nose,on the bridge,they are flexible and easily carried about the case is strong and sturdy and is credit card length.....the great thing about these is that they have no arms so do not go on your ears...wont break. The Connect glasses are as thin and not made to be flexible but like the reading glasses are super thin and carried in a case no thicker than your phone, also it can be stuck on back of your phone as it is easy to carry, they have arms but are just great reading glasses. delivery was fast and ordering easy. Even better when I lost my case KAY from customer services sourced me another case and sent it to me in two days. EXCELLENT PRODUCT and SERVICE in my experience .In the past I have brought masks and filters,eye drops etc all high quality, especially the AB Masks.

Appalling customer relations
Appalling customer relations. No responsibility accepted for incompetence when dealing with returns,( even when the fault is plainly theirs.)
This has been my experience twice now ,so definitely not a "one off", Like talking to a robot.
There are other companies out there selling the same items .Avoid this one.
